EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE! I was very anxious about a major upcoming procedure but my experience with Dr. Fathi and her support/admin staff made sure I was very well taken care of. They all went above and beyond to ensure aspect went smoothly and I was given the best care possible. I HIGHLY recommend this team of friendly and extremely capable dental professionals!!

Dr.Nessim gave me an extra set of retainers which I didn’t expect. I only paid for one set but he made sure I had an extra purely from the kindness of his heart. Would recommend his services to anyone.

I was a walk-in with a wisdom tooth issue and were able to accommodate me due to the severity of my personal situation. They’re very caring and will do their best to help anyone!! Deff would recommend!

Went for my first extraction. I cried as if I had lost something when the first tooth came out and they did not make me feel stupid. I will definitely be back when my other teeth need extracted.

My experience with Dawson dental has been incredible. My experience with them started when I found out I had a bad receding gums, I choose to do dental implants full mouth. The procedure was very long, not very pleasant at all but I am going to tell you... Doctor Hanoudi was wonderful, his bed side manner is bar none. I got given his personal cell and I received phone calls after each procedure. I would recommend Dawson Dental to anyone looking for a dentist in Guelph. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, I spent more than 1 year doing this procedure and I couldn't be happier with the results. My smile is beautiful. My name is Wilfried and I have been a client at Dawson Guelph North’s office for over 10 years. It is amazing how fast time goes, but something has remained the same over the years at Dawson. That is the great dental care, the great and unique staff which bring lots of happiness and joy to the place; friendly and welcoming but also great at what they do! Great staff like Sabrina, Ruth, Crystal, Tania, and many more (I am not great at remembering names, but all the staff I have interacted with over the years at Dawson Guelph North have been Amazing)! Excellent dentists, my current dentist “Dr. Rassam” is very thorough, professional, explains what she does, as well as the treatment plan. With Dr. Rassam, you will always feel well-informed and comfortable, but more importantly she is really good at what she does!! The office & dental working stations are always very clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated the use of state-of-the-art technology. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone in need of dental care!

Everytime I visit Dawson Dental Guelph, I always have a positive experience. Soon as you get in to the the clinic the receptionists will greet you with a big smile and call you by name!! The team at Dawson North really care to do their best work, to run an efficient facility, to have friendly and knowledgable front office staff, and to be kind and patient to nervous patients like me.

As a Disabled person I find that Dr. Rassam and two of the hygienist (Priyam and Crystal) are very knowledgeable and helpful in regards to understanding disabilities and individual needs. They have treated me with kindness and dignity. I would recommend these three individuals for disabled people. Some of the others need to be more educated in regard to disabilities.

I just had the most incredible experience with a temp hygienist here by the name of Sikin! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and gave the most thorough cleaning I’ve ever had in my life!! She warned me it would be uncomfortable but that she was going to do a very deep clean and she gave topical numbing to help as best she could. My teeth haven’t looked this good in quite some time. My only question is to Dawson Dental North in Guelph…can you please hire on this woman in a full time capacity?? She is a rare gem and your team could only benefit from her fastidious attention to detail and the needs of her clients.

My Son, David was feeling a little nervous before his cleaning but Sarah used her usual charm to calm and distract him. He left the office feeling confident and happy. Thank you for making it such a smooth experience!

I have had some dental procedures done by Dr. Hannoudi and his capable assistant Wajiha. In my seventy+ years, I have never had a dentist so committed to the dental well-being of his patients. Dr. Hannoudi is one of the most decent human beings I have ever met, very respectful and pleasant --a true professional. Furthermore, I am amazed at the quality of his work. I am very grateful for what this doctor has done for me.

I had a 14:00 appt today. Due to a change in my circumstance it became inconvenient to keep. I phoned Dawson and asked if I could come earlier. They informed me that no earlier appt were available. They called me back half hour later to inform me they found
Room for me so they obviously put some effort into making me happy. This type of service is pretty standard at Dawson making me a very loyal patient. I have recommended them to numerous family members

I came to this practice years ago because I needed a lot of dental work and I wasn’t comfortable with my other dentist. I had a huge fear of dentists and was able to get all my dental work done and was partially sedated and don’t remember them working on my teeth. Everyone is so friendly and they take the time to make you feel comfortable

I’ve been going here for a couple of years now and it’s always a good experience. They don’t make you feel bad about things like cavities, just make sure you know they are there to help you fix them. I don’t particularly like going to the dentist, it makes me anxious, but I know that I’m in good hands at Dawson Dental. They are friendly and kind, and do everything they can to make you feel at ease and make every appointment as smooth as possible. Would definitely recommend them!

My experience was as pleasant as getting an exam can be! The office is beautiful and huge. Sara, my Dental Hygienist, was very sweet and friendly. She listened carefully to my problems. She did an amazing job. Unfortunately, I was told I need braces, but the dentist was friendly about it. He gave me a tip about brushing my teeth too. I am very happy to have made my first appointment with this dentist and I’m happy that the problems with my teeth will be taken care of.

Dr. Nessim and Natasha made sure to ease my nervous boy going into his appointment. They spoke to him softly, cracked some jokes, and made him the “boss”. It was a safe space for my little guy to feel comfortable during his visit. To boot, the work (cavity fillings) was done super quick!
They also helped ease my mama heart too, which is always a bonus. :) Haha
