Hannah at Crème Couture was so sweet and SO helpful. She listened to all the details I wanted in a dress and pulled some great options, having me torn between choices they were so good! Hannah did a great job of helping me find the right shape/silhouette, and ultimately my dream dress! So glad I got to say YES with her! Thanks again Hannah for making me feel so special throughout the process. Can’t wait to come back in and pick up my dress :)

Let me just start off with saying the experience I had at Crème Couture was like nothing I’ve ever had before. My bridal consultant Heather was beyond impressive with her ability to know exactly what I wanted in a dress without much information to go off of. I went in knowing the style/shape but not much else. She made me feel comfortable and elegant the entire time! I truly felt like royalty the whole appointment which was a breath of fresh air being a mom of 2 little ones.
To say I recommend her and the team at Crème Couture is an understatement. I wasn’t expecting to get the fluttery feeling when I found the one, but I most certainly did with Heathers guidance!

I would highly reccommend to get your wedding dress here. As soon as we arrive the place is stunning!! Its so clean, chic and have the most friendliest staff. Today, i said yes to my dress! Thank you to my bridal consultant heather who helped me pick out my dress. I showed her pictures and she was so attentive, caring, respectful and made this day unforgettable. You can totally feel that she cares for her customers and loves her work. I highly reccommend heather!!

5/5 stars! I had done some dress shopping prior (probably close to 30 gowns) & Creme Couture was the best experience to date! Every wedding gown is beautiful, and it was easy to get lost in wanting to try everything. I found my dress with the help of Heather, who was the most intentional, helpful & kind when it came to helping me find the one! All of the gowns in the store are in pristine condition, the store is extremely clean and they have exceptional customer care. From explaining the process of buying my gown, time lines & sizing I felt very well taken care of with no hidden surprises. We decided to schedule a bridal appointment at Creme Couture after going to other shops. Myself and the rest of my party were so impressed by our experience! The owner, Michèle, was patient and kind throughout the appointment and really listened to my feedback when selecting dresses for me to try. The inventory at the store is extensive and the sample dresses are in great condition and size inclusive (compared to samples I've seen at some other stores). She helped me find my perfect dress and I could not have been happier on my wedding day. Thank you for such a lovely experience!

Go here for any bridal needs!!! I have never once written a review for somewhere but I promise you will be satisfied with their service. I originally went for an appointment last year to find my wedding dress, it was my favourite experience out of every store I went to. They made me feel so special, like how you see in the movies haha! We went back again last weekend to find my mom a dress and we had the pleasure of having Steven help us. I cannot say enough good things about him, he felt like a friend we’d known for a long time but was also very professional. He made us so comfortable, got right to the point about every dress and was very honest about his opinions which we loved! My mom was so worried she wouldn’t like any dresses and we ended up with 3 she loved! I cannot say enough good things about this store and I’m truly sad my bridal shopping days are over, but I can’t wait for my little sister to one day get married so we can come back!!!

My first visit to Creme Couture was fantastic! My stylist understood my needs and asks perfectly (Mother of the Groom). She showed me various dresses and I did end up saying Yes to a Dress!

I would like to say that the service I received from Steven and from the owner Michelle in helping me choose a mother of the bride dress was outstanding. I tried on many dresses and did not at anytime feel pressured to buy one or another. I found that Steven was very attentive to what I was looking for and gave great suggestions as well as afforded me all the time I needed to choose the dress that I will wear to my daughter's wedding. Thank you and cannot wait until the final fitting of the dress, and feel great wearing it.

Phenomenal experience!! The staff are so welcoming and kind. Stephanie helped me find my gown and she was so supportive throughout! I never felt pressured to choose a gown or buy one out of budget. They really hype you up in the dresses and listen really well to your tastes. Stephanie did a great job when choosing dresses for me to try on. She would listen to the critiques and pick the perfect dress based off what I said I liked or disliked!

What an enjoyable and memorable experience and luxurious space! Right from booking my appointment, to trying dresses on and purchasing my dress all of the staff are so friendly, patient, and have a genuine interest in your preferences and vision. I felt so special and it was such a nice touch to get a departing gift after saying “yes to the dress!”
I feel confident going forward knowing they have their own seamstresses to alter my dress once it comes in and I don’t have to find someone to complete that task myself.

I bought a beautiful dress for prom, that was a great price and got what I asked for! Great customer service! Was so sweet and really made the experience perfectly, had a budget. I recommend going for great prices and even better dresses, they are all gorgeous, and you will definitely find the dress for you.

We had an amazing time bridal dress shopping at Creme Couture! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted so warmly. The atmosphere is absolutely gorgeous and made me feel so special. The staff were so friendly and welcoming plus my stylist, Heather, absolutely nailed my style and brought such great dress selections. So much so that I bought my dress, during my first ever visit to a bridal boutique! The boutique owner, Michelle, was so kind and knowledgeable. She made my dream dress a reality through the custom touches that will be done to my dress. The entire staff made our experience so enjoyable and make it so special with a little surprise at the end for the bride after saying yes to the dress! I would highly recommend this boutique not only for bridal, but for all your special occasion dress needs.

We had a wonderful experience shopping here for my daughter's prom dress. They had so many beautiful gowns and everyone that was trying on had their own space around the store. We were not all on top of each other. Our stylist, Anum, was fabulous. She took time to understand what my daughter liked and disliked and was specific with the questions she asked to narrow down the selection to the perfect dresses. They also check in on your budget expectations so as not to bring dresses that are way out of your budget. We are so happy with the dress we found the price was in line with what we hoped/expected to spend. Thank you so much!
