Tilted Veil

I had the best experience here! This was my fifth (and thankfully final) store I visited to try on dresses. There is a large array of designers, and the aesthetic of the new location is INCREDIBLE.

When you walk in, you are immediately offered champagne as well, which was such a nice touch that I haven't experienced at any of the other boutiques I visited. Thank you Heather and Joan! I will recommend your gorgeous store to everyone :)

Working with Heather at Tilted Veil was such a great experience! I had visited several other bridal shops in Guelph and ended up finding my wedding dress at Tilted Veil. Heather was very attentive and helpful. I had about a 6-month timeline to get my dress in time for my wedding and she was able to speak with my dress designer's team to try and get it in early. She worked her magic and it came in within about 1 month of ordering it! She also had several great seamstress recommendations, one of which I used and it fit perfectly for my wedding day!

I had an amazing experience at the Titled Veil!!! I visited the shop 3 different times while searching for my dress. The first time I visited was at their old location, and my experience there was wonderful in itself. The second and third time I visited, though, were at the new location and let me just say it is a huuuuuge upgrade. Not only is there so much more space to view the amazing selection of dresses, the space itself is drop dead gorgeous.

The second time I went, Heather, the owner, was my bridal stylist. I had come in after purchasing a different dress at a different store where I had had a less than good experience. Heather took the time to really listen to me, was warm and welcoming, and so empathetic when she heard about my previous experience. Heather carefully pulled dresses for me that would be available within my shorter time period, my budget, and dresses that aligned with my preferences. Once I had dresses on, Heather Heather hyped my up in the best way - allowing me the space to form my own opinions of the dresses while making me feel amazing in all the dresses I tried on! At the Titled Veil I felt so supported in my dress search, which is exactly what you want from a bridal shop.

I didn't say yes on the spot because I wanted to take time to think things over, and not once did I feel pressured to buy something right there. I ended up making an appointment the following day to try on the dress one last time and say yes! The consultants that day (apologies for not knowing their names) let me try on accessories and allowed me time to make my decision - something that I felt was unique to this shop.

I would 100% recommend Titled Veil to all my friends (and will be encouraging my engaged friend to drive out to Guelph from Toronto) because of their excellent service. As I said to Heather over email, my only regret is not accepting champagne from Champagne Blain on my 2 visit to the store! Definitely try your luck at this bridal store because it is a hidden gem!

I went to the Tilted Veil today in their new location and it was absolutely STUNNING!! Hunter greeted us at the front, she was super friendly. She helped select some dresses for me to try on and stayed within my budget. The owner Heather was awesome! She was very friendly and helped if we ever needed her. Myself and my guests got offered champagne as well and it was lovely. I would absolutely recommend The Tilted veil to all brides, we had a great experience!!

Went to Tilted Veil today with a friend shopping for her wedding dress. The shop is beautiful and we were so comfortable during our private appointment. Having shopped in many local and Toronto bridal boutiques, Tilted Veil stands above by providing a high-end experience that is also intimate and thoughtful. The selection of dresses curated included handmade, Canadian designers, and options for all budgets.

We had experienced a different shop that wasn’t able to accommodate my friends budget, timeline, and wanting a handmade dress - but Heather was like a fairy godmother granting her every wish.

When my friend asked about altering the style of a dress, Heather called the designer on the spot to ask. Very impressed with this customer service! We really felt we were in good hands. Would highly recommend visiting to find your wedding dress!

I drove a couple hours to check out this beautiful space and I am so glad that I did! Heather was so kind and patient. Even prior to our apt, she was always so quick to answer any questions I had. Although I ended up picking a dress from a designer not carried here, I HIGHLY recommend this bridal shop for anyone looking for a great intimate shopping experience. It is amazing how much Heather cares and you can really feel that! So lovely!

I had a great experience shopping at Tilted Veil and ended up saying yes to the dress! Joan and Heather were extremely friendly and patient and brought a variety of dresses based on my taste. Joan was SO helpful and knowledgable she knew exactly what dress would look good on me and knew exactly what designers fit my style The shop itself is rustic and beautiful! I picked up my dress yesterday and was so happy! Thanks Joan and Heather for everything!

I was at Tilted Veil today with my mom to try on wedding dresses and Lauren was an absolute pleasure to work with. She made my experience so special and made picking dresses and trying them on so easy. I was feeling very discouraged before coming into this appointment but the selection of dresses was incredible! I recently purchased my wedding dress from Tilted Veil in the spring and my experience was more than amazing to say the least. The staff are extremely welcoming and made me feel very comfortable during my entire appointment. What a fantastic experience. Every appointment is private giving you the comfort of shopping without other brides or their family there. There is full focus on you. Joan helped me pick my dress and was a pleasure, she was attentive and very helpful! She also got my measurements perfect requiring little alterations. I ended up buying my dress from Tilted Veil and I can’t say thank you enough to Heather. The appointment felt really personal, as we were the only people in the shop. Heather was very helpful and encouraging and I ended up finding my dream dress off the rack and was able to take it home that day. She allowed me time to have a special moment with my group and really made the experience memorable. She was also super respectful of my budget and never tried to push a sale of any of the ones I tried on. Cannot wait to wear it :)

Loved my experience at Tilted Veil and so happy to have found my dress and veil here. I had gone to quite a few wedding dress stores before and was starting to feel a bit discouraged on the wedding dress hunt. However the atmosphere at Tilted Veil was amazing, there was no pressure, and the dress selection was great! So many beautiful options and great designers. Tilted Veil was my first shop I went to look for wedding dresses. I was nervous I wouldn’t find anything, until I put on a dress and felt the most confident. The dresses at Titled Veil are unique and stunning! Not to mention Heather. She was so helpful and kind, I truly felt very comfortable while trying on dresses. She answered all my questions and put my mind at ease when it to my second appointment where I said yes to the dress. She never rushed me and allowed me the time needed to celebrate saying he’s to the dress and walking me through the next steps.

I found the Tilted Veil on Instagram, as they were the only shop that had a 2024 collection dress that I loved in the GTA! Would highly recommend visiting the Tilted Veil over any other store in Guelph. She has an amazing selection of designer dresses, and I felt comfortable and at ease trying them on with Heather. She made suggestions on dresses she thought would look good for my body type, and was honest about all of them - which I very much appreciated. More people need to know about this amazing bridal boutique in Guelph!!

I had such a wonderful time at the Tilted Veil! I had been to multiple wedding dress stores prior to this and all of the dresses started to blend together. However, at Heather's store she carried such a unique selection that was one of a kind! She was very helpful in keeping within the budget I was looking for and she made myself and my family members feel really comfortable. I can't say enough good things about Heather and my experience finding a dress at Tilted Veil!!! It's such a classy little boutique, with such beautiful flowing materials on the dresses... Yet Heather is so down to earth and sincere! She was incredible during our virtual appointment and she knew exactly what I was looking for. When I took the dresses home to try, the first one I put on was The One!!! I was ecstatic. She was so generous with her time and hard working. What an experience. On Friday I had my first day of bridal appointments. I booked appointments at two different shops and the first shop left me flustered, unheard and on the verge of tears. Then I came to Tilted Veil and Heather turned my day around completely. Heather welcomed me with her warm personality, listened to what fits I liked and helped me find THE perfect dress! She was supportive in keeping my bridal party on track with picking dresses that were within my style and budget, as well as picking out dresses that she thought would be most flattering and in line with my vision.

If you are looking for a bridal shop that goes the extra mile for their brides, come to Tilted Veil. Their dresses are unique, beautiful, practical and the staff are excellent at making the dress of your dreams happen for you!
