Holiday Inn & Suites Grande Prairie-Conference Ctr, an IHG Hotel

we stayed at the Holiday Inn Grand Prairie Conference Center, February 10–11 2024 with our hockey team.

in preparation for our travel, the hotel was really good at communicating what they could provide and some good meal options .

when we arrived, we were welcomed by their staff and found everything organized for our team and players.

during our day the staff was exceptional and really went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience. Would definitely recommend.

Every few months out employees attend the Grande Prairie central Holiday Inn, for a course. We are served breakfast and lunch. The food is excellent, especially their trademark soups. They brought in a new Chef about 6 months ago and he's money! Thanks for the great food!

Easy to get to, clean comfortable rooms.
And the wings..... OMG THE WINGS!!!!! A great deal and tasty as well. Will absolutely be back for more!

The hotel was absolutely amazing. We had our wedding there this past weekend and I could not have been happier. The food was fantastic and Patrica the events coordinator went above and beyond to make our day the most perfect reception I could have wanted. Gorgeous room and fantastic accommodating staff. Highly recommend anyone having their event or wedding at this hotel!!!

Now sure how new this hotel is but it is well maintained. Host and hostesses were very friendly. Our room was neat and sheets are clean. I almost didn't want to leave but had to. Check it out.

My default spot to stay when in Grande Prairie. I have been coming here for years and have always had a good experience. It's centrally located in the city so it's easy to get around. Lots of dining and facilities close by. The entire facility was renovated a couple of years back so it's modern and clean. Also located fairly close to the airport.

Great weekend rate, IHG membership pays because you get a discount. My room was upgraded and I got free breakfast. The room itself was beautiful, comfortable rooms, everything was clean and new. Its close to the highway if you are just traveling through and they have a basement- garage for vehicle storage just make sure the car is not super tall and has good brakes because its a sharp downhill. Lastly although I still think this hotel is a 5 star I would recommend the staff to clean up the floor in the car garage because I found many screws and nails on the ground which could result in many deflated tires. But this is a great place to spend the night if you can.

I had the most easy check in at this holiday inn. Jenny was super friendly and let my family know where all the best local food and attractions! It was my first time in grande prairie. What amaze me the most is when I forgot my wallet at the front desk, Jenny called me right away! The room was clean and breakfast was good. I would definitely come back to this holiday inn for my next business visit!

This is my 3rd review of hotel. Why do I continually stay here. It's been nearly 3 months since last stay, when I checked in, they recognized me on site, room warm and immaculately clean with 0 orders. When I left in the am, front desk staff again recognized me by name. It's not. Just a hotel, it's home

I haven't rented a room here, but attend a banquet, they have a great banquet room, a nice clean facility, if you're in the area check it out
Location is great,, surrounded by alot of stores.

Have been here about 4 times this month for work. They have really comfortable beds, the location is pretty great, close to a plaza that has a bunch of stores and it's literally in front of a TD Bank. It closes to many things and the staff is super friendly! It's definitely a great place to stay if you're going to Grande Prairie!

Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and the hotel had plenty of extras like a pool, hot tub, gym, and laundry. The Four Seasons, connected to the hotel had a great breakfast. Was very happy with my stay

Newly renovated so the place is beautiful. One of the nicest holiday inns I have stayed at. The rooms were clean as well as the whole premises. Staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant on side is good as well.

Rooms are clean and modern, TV uses Telus Optik which is high definition with many channels. The fitness facility is not fantastic, but certainly one of the better hotel gyms I've seen. The front desk staff are helpful, friendly, and happy. As a business traveler, I was very happy with the speed of the internet.

Was a part of a event called "the holistic health and wellness expo" the hotel staff were very great in helping up set up as well as providing us and our guests with water. We have held our show at this location multiple times and it is always great service and a wonderful venue. And will continue to hold our shows at this location. "Grand prairie Alberta holiday inn"

I attended the Holiday Inn for a professional event, while I didn't get a chance to stay for the night I was very impressed by the decor of the lobby and conference room. The staff was courteous and polite, and the meal service was much better than I expected. Great experience.

Stopped in for the gun show and had a great time
