The FRIENDLIEST staff I have ever had the pleasure of being helped by 😊. Honestly! Not only are they supremely knowledgeable about all of their products; food, supplements, toys and treats, but also so welcoming towards all clients, both 2 and 4 legged!
Excellent, and I mean AMAZING, selection of both dry and wet food for dogs and cats and a plethora of treats including NUMEROUS Canadian made options! 🇨🇦 ya! Prices are fair, comparable to other shops with similar inventory but most certainly not near the selection or options provided at Tisol Market Place thus I would not go anywhere else.

One of my favourite pet stores. I am a huge fan of a deal, and they have a corner dedicated to discounted items! Great staff here that always make me feel welcome. The staff is always ready to help, custom order things, and give my dogs treats.

My only complaint is that they stock knock off prong collars which are not safe for dogs and dangerous for multiple reasons - they feel sharp, they break, they are not up to the standards that a prong collar should be. This is not the stores fault though, as they are sent things from corporate to sell. Hopefully they will stock the good brands or remove the dangerous ones. (Hint: herm-sprenger make good quality and safe products)

Took my pup to GroomingDales and Veronica took great care of him, he looks so handsome when I picked him up.

Friendly and smart dedicated staff make this my favourite pet store.

Great, friendly staff. We brought in a voucher for a free bag of expensive cat food we got at a convention and despite the voucher being kind of vague, the staff honored it no problem. The voucher got us as our cats love the food so now we're stuck shelling out big bucks here each month, but we're happy to support this business!

Love this place. The associates working there are kind, respectful and helpful. So so much better than Bosleys at Columbia Square!

Holden was amazing. He helped us find a new food for my now senior dog that she seems to love!
He was compassionate and caring and really explained the difference between the options and made sure we knew the return policy.

Go there every 4-6 weeks to pick up dog food, Go! They have a wide selection of raw and single protein source food and treats. The staff is really friendly and very helpful especially if you need to figure out harness sizing and are unsure. They also will help you fit your dog, if you bring them along and need it!

My go to for high quality pet food. Excellent customer service as well!

Decent selection of pet foods and products. Clean store, friendly staff and quick service at check-out. Lots of parking too and the staff usually offers to help carry/load large orders to the car.

The guy that helped me was fairly helpful and was nice to deal with. Pointed me in the right direction to get the proper cat food for my kitty. Generally nice atmosphere. I don't mind paying more when they are nice and helpful.

My Italian Greyhound, Stella, absolutely loves this location. When we pull into the parking lot and sees the store, she cannot control herself and freaks out in the car. The staff is always knowledgeable, helpful, and loving to all the pets that come in.
Stella always comes in to a warm greeting and enthusiasm from the staff and leaves with her tummy filled with yummy, good - quality cookies and many tender scritches and pats.
I'm very happy with the services I've received at this location, in comparison to others.

Stopped by last night Feb 4 to pick up some items for my dog. Friendly and informative female staff member ( can;t recall her name). Great products and great service equals repeat business.

Really friendly and super helpful staff. I only wish they had a better/more affordable toy section. I usually go across the street to Winners or Pet Smart. I only buy our food and treats here because they have the best quality!

Excellent variety of supplies for pets, we try to feed our dog a mainly raw diet and they have lots of different options for food and treats that aren't filled with grains etc. Much better than petsmart in my opinion, if a little bit more pricey.

They have wonderful staff! They are all friendly and knowledgable, they helped me find food for my senior cat that he can keep down. This store is the only one I go to, everyone there are the best!

This is a great store. Have the best selection of healthy food and treats for your pets. Products there are a bit expensive but don't have any crappy toys dog beds etc. Worth the extra price for the quality

Nice people and good selection! They don’t sell live animals but their food variety are so great. We like to order Royal Canin Yorkshire terrier food from here

We've shopped here for a few years now and they're always true to form in employing friendly and helpful staff that care about customer service. There is a good variety of healthy cat food options and a Timothy Hay frequent buyer point system for our Giunea Pigs. When they didn't stock a specific brand of vitamin C for our GPs instead of saying 'sorry, we don't have that' they brought out the supplier catalogue, helped me find it, ordered it in and called us when it arrived. Now it's always on the shelf. Appreciate the great service!
