We love doing our groceries here. It's clean, bright and not crowded. Plus, their customer service is excellent. Just ask a team member where a product is. He will not only tell you where it is; he will take you there.

Although prices are higher than competitors it is well stocked, well laid out and very clean and tidy. This may lead to the feeling that the products are better quality, but they are the same.

Gonna be honest here. As an American who visits family in Burnaby I just buy Ketchup chips at this location before getting onto Marine Way to go back to Seattle. No idea how the rest of the store is but staff is always helpful and it's my store of choice for chips before leaving Canada. Sometimes I share the chips with the border guards while crossing and they seem to like it and have never given me any problems. Chips from any location would probably work but I'm not going to jinx it.

Store is clean, full stocked and majority of the staff seem to genuinely enjoy their job. Lesley that helped me at the self checkout yesterday was an absolute treat to deal with. Very helpful and patient even when I kept making errors on the machine. She engaged with every customer in the self checkout area. Hope anyone shopping can have the pleasure of experiencing her infectious positive energy.

It was a great experience to order online with Save On Foods. The staff had my groceries wheeled out, dropped into my trunk, it’s really easy & quick. I don’t need to go in store and it does save time especially during pandemic. It’s so much easier now with online ordering & you will get all the fresh goods at Save On Foods always. I’m very happy with their service.

Good price nice store clean

I was one of the last customers this evening. I ran back to grab one item and the cashier was super patient. I left a bag of paid-for groceries on the counter and they ran them out to me in the snow.! Top notch 🤩

This is my favorite store to shop in. Wide aisle and easy to find items. Beautiful fresh produce and the meat and delicatessen offers everything you can possibly want. Also, the one place I can get Fentamen's Ginger Beer, which is simply the very best. Staff are 5 star service and will go out of their way for you. I have nothing but great things to say about this store.

Always fresh, but not always the cheapest deals. Sometimes with a savers card you can get some good discounts. I love their bakery items and their produce is excellent quality. Open late and always fast and efficient check out including self checkout machines that take cash.

This store is exceptional in how consistently presentable it appears. Moreover, all of the staff I've encountered have been routinely helpful. In particular, one manager named Kevin was very hospitable to me during a very stressful time for the store. Great job all around.

Very large store with a great selection of goods. You can find a lot more international food items here that you can't find in other Save-On-Foods locations. The store is clean and the produce looks fresh. The only negative I can think of is the small bakery section, but the rest of the store makes up for it. Additionally, the strip mall this store is located in is very convenient and nice to drive to.

Love coming here. It's never too busy and it's easy to find parking. Love seeing what deals Darrell has this week.

This store is quite large, compared to other Save-On-Foods stores, and has a large selection of items. Fresh bakery and pre-packaged items, that seem to be prepared on-site.
The only issue with this location, is the location of the pedestrian walkway that leads to the parking area. It is right as you enter the 4-way stop, and when there are many pedestrians, the intersection does get congested. I wish the pedestrian crossing was a little further away from the intersection, and there should be a "no left turn" into the first row of the parking area. These would significantly reduce the congestion at the 4-way stop.

I enjoyed our visit to the grocery store. At first I was worried that I wouldn't be able to claim my discount for having a save on card. But they explain to me that all I had to do was use my phone number. It worked without hesitation. The pricing seems to be a little more competitive.

My boyfriend and I stopped in here to grab some champagne yeast and the supervisor, Joesph, was super helpful with finding it. After we were done he opened up a new lane for us and served us straight away. Such a great shopping experience!

Ond of my favourite place to buy groceries from there. I always get great deals as i am more rewards member for Save on foods 😁
