This is a great store. It was very well stocked compared to other Michael's stores around town. It was organized, clean, and the staff was very kind and helpful.

Yarn heaven. They had chunky knitting needles there today for $5.99! Also, I absolutely love their coupons and loyalty program. There's always some kind of deal to be had, which keeps me coming back for more. Many of the items here, especially when on sale, are far cheaper than you'd find on Amazon. Beads and semi precious stones especially.

I like the fact that they always change things up season to season.. And I can browse for an hour without feeling like I'm being watched.. Because of that too.. I always buy something.. just to show my appreciation.. I really like everything I've bought here.. from Christmas decor to reframing my pictures.. to pens & booklets.. just a great store overall..

Staff are very patient and they give you time to pick and choose. 85$ for a small painting.

This place has every possible crafting item you could ever imagine. I can't start listing the immense amount of hobbies they cater to, because I would go on ever, but they really do have something for absolutely everyone. I can go there with my 2 year old daughter or my 64 year old father & both will not only enjoy themselves, but find something they love.

The staff are friendly, helpful & genuinely knowledgeable (most of them, anyways). They have totally reasonable prices on things that can often cost an arm & a leg in other places claiming to be "arts & crafts stores". The sales are always FANTASTIC; lots of items are buy one, get one 50% off or buy one, get one free or even buy one, get two free! And those kinds of sales seem to be going on all the time, it's just the specific items that change with the season. For such a big place with so much merchandise, I'm always surprised by how well everything is organized & displayed.

Added bonus: there's an enormous parking lot - with lots of handicapped/family spaces available - & it's totally free.

If you have an interest in virtually any activity that involves creating/working with your hands, this is the place to go.

Amazing variety and Outstanding Customer Service!

Everyone from cashiers, customer service reps to store management go above and beyond to make our shopping experience seamless, efficient and pleasurable!!!

Last week, when I called to see if they had a product, the staff immediately went out on the floor, located my items and then held them for me.

Another time, one of their staff helped me find all the art supply items I needed, and was super kind on top of it.

When I ran into some difficulties with a past purchase, (one of the pens in a set had dried out) the Store Manager not only made sure that I was reimbursed but went out of her way to ensure that I was satisfied. A ++ to this Michaels and your wonderful staff!!!

Great store for crafts but you will probably end up spending way too much money here with all the fun and interesting things they have. 😅
My opinion: wait for a sale. They usually have coupons or a sale of some type each week.

Bigger collection, sufficient parking spots and convenient location

Great selection, always have a significant seasonal section as well. They have self checkouts now! Checkout time was my biggest complaint about this place before, this is now greatly improved.

Inside the store is highly accessible. You can order online and pickup in store at the front. The aisles are wide and well organized. The employees were helpful and kind. Getting into the building is a bit dicey in a chair. **They fixed the ramp in front and it's easy to get into the building now! 5 stars!

Great Place for Arts & Crafts supplies. Sales on regularly

This is my candy store! They put level 3 canvases on a couple of times a year for 60% off! It's such a good deal. Also, the buy 2 get one free on any paint or paint item is excellent for restocking supplies and brushes. I tend to go first thing in the morning on a weekday so it's not crowded. I also purchase most of my stuff online and then just go pick it up and take a quick browse through the store.

I needed some fake flowers for a photo shoot and BONUS all Fall florals was 50% off!

First time in that store so I asked an employee where were the rock painting located. He left what he was doing and took me to the right aisle and showed me the paints and everything else that I needed, he even carried my purchases for me because I was using a cane and left them with a cashier. He was so helpful,considerate to my disability. Very patient and good knowledge. I consider myself very lucky to have run with this beautiful person.

Service was great, the girl that heaped me had no idea what I was asking for, but to be fair, it was a terrible description. She asked for help and they were able to tell me exactly where to go!

So they have self checkout.... I just stared at it dumbly until a staff member pointed it out. Super sweet staffrs make the impulse shopping way too easy
