Love my LD
I am sad the TV electronics have shrunk mostly part two people purchasing online and not in store
We replaced our old class TV three years ago with a beautiful Samsung Q70C model and we have never been happier
I have multiple items in my home from from the kitchen to the home office office

It would be nice to see London Drugs offer 3-D printing services for people who need small objects replicated!
It would be truly unique shopping experience!!

This LD is by far one of the most clean, well-organized, newer facilities with properly maintenance & friendly staff stores I've ever been.

Not only from store manager + ASM (smart inventory clearance strategies), CS staff (special tks to lady Lava that helped me far & beyond), cosmetic team, cashiers and the whole team's professional & respectful attitude that win my heart.

Highly recommend this store and every time I'm around this area for sure I'll pay a visit :-)

The staff at this London Drugs are all so friendly and helpful! Even during a busy holiday season, I found that the employees were quick to go above and beyond to help me find what I needed and check out as efficiently as possible.

I often go there for sending packages through Canada Post. Jerry L. is the most wholesome employee I have ever met at this location. He is always so friendly and helpful during every visit with any question I may have.

LD is my local and go to place for sales on food items, household cleaning and laundry supplies, post office, snacks, feminine products etc etc. I love it!

While I was walking towards the insurance kiosk, Jill noticed that there was sign that says that the agent will be away for thirty minutes. She then called Parla, who was prompt and kind enough for me to interrupt her break. Overall great service as always!

I am a customer, who is awaiting two surgeries. I try to avoid bigger box stores, due to my anxiety in shopping. Every visit here has been met with utmost care and attention. If I need help in finding a product, I can always find someone. The stores layout also makes it much easier to locate what I need. On my last visit, an employee named Colleen went above and beyond in assisting me. She is cheerful and genuinely loves her job! Later, I saw her leaving work and we spoke at great length. Afterwards, I discovered it was a special day for her and I soon understood how much she values customer care!
During times when many feel isolated, the dedication of staff and managers at this location; are reminders of what "Be Kind" truly means!

Absolutely one of my favourites LD locations. Always have a great experience with their customer service. Yesterday when we went to look at a small piece of furniture for our living room, Andy the supervisor was there to assist us. He was extremely friendly, personable, and was able to find us what we are looking for and helped us take the product (it's heavy!) to our car. We had a wonderful experience thanks to Andy!

My sister and I frequent this London drugs. Samuel the electronics rep. was so helpful and wonderful!! He gave us so much information about external battery packs. We were thrilled to receive such amazing customer service. Thank you Samuel! Appreciate it.

I work nearby, so I frequently go into this location to purchase items ( shampoos, hair products, makeup, snacks, household items etc.)

I have gone in over the last few days looking for Tazo Chai tea; which happen to be on sale this week 2/$8.00. Anyways, the one I want I can't seem to find anywhere. It's my favorite tea brand and flavour.

I asked an associate; George was his name I believe, who was busy working grocery items onto the shelf. He more than happily walked me over, looked at all the tags on the shelf and explained to me politely that the store just underwent a new layout. He then tells me to follow him to the computer upfront as he will look up the product to see about inventory. After looking up the product, he told me that it is temporialy out of stock. George was so helpful and I really appreciate him taking his time to look up the product for me like that to see the status of it. Wonderful customer service, very friendly and made me feel welcome. Thank you George.

The customer service representative Adra was friendly and super helpful. She was able to help me find and secure an item that was sold out at the Market Crossing store in another store. She did all this while being smiley and patient. We really appreciate it! Thank you!

Great location, great staff. Parking is easy and free. there is always some special or deals going on. I have been there when they were stopping street racers and loud cars from coming in. Never had a problem and I drive a 2014 BMW with after market wheels! I guess it's all about your attitude and how you talk to people.

London drugs has got to be one of my favorite stores. Whether it's to find a regular drug store need, quality cosmetics, specialty food item, or to grab a quick gift, London Drugs rarely disappoints. Great price right now on pottery for your garden!!!

I’m surprised at the low rating. I’ve always found this to be a good London Drugs. I haven’t had a problem yet. Workers are friendly and they have a good selection of treats.

The cosmetics staff are always helpful and have a dedicated till so you don't need to wait in line if your buying cosmetics or fragrances. The sales are usually very good. The prestigious cosmetics section is well stocked most of it is in locked show cases so very little chance you could end up with a tampered with product.
