Unfortunate situation put Right!
I had gone into BCAA Lonsdale avenue NVan. I was Refused purchase of a Premier Membership Service as I didn't have a Credit card and was asked for a Bank Statement? Hard to figure. Feeling discouraged I emailed BCAA Head Office, where things were ready to be processed properly next day due to their intervention. Very Pleased to be a BCAA Premier Member

Consistently good service and great representatives. Shout-out to Evander and Mohammad for their excellent help, time and effort on our car, home, and travel insurance.

Very comfortable waiting area as well with a coffee machine and lots of seating. Helpful receptionist will also be able to direct you to a representative or help with booking an appointment.

We were new in BC , trying to get a cheaper insurance than ICBC , staff MANSOUREH was very helpful and explained everything in detail to us and helped us to save money from BCAA optional insurance and served us until the very last closing time and We very appreciate her professional and hospitality. The staff were very friendly and welcoming despite me setting up my meeting first thing in the morning at 9am (when they open) and Scott was very helpful in terms of providing explanations for the different types of coverages and payment methods, as well as information on how to update/manage an ongoing insurance.

I got my IDP there. You may not able to choose the online booking option for IDP but either you can choose general inquiry for it. All employees were very kind and quick.
