Don't go in there expecting to see the products displayed on a localized version of Nutrition House. Even though you've set the specific store to the one in Park Royal, NH seems to display the union of all products available in all (Canadian?) stores. (and/or items purchasable online?)

When I got there, the proprietor not only didn't have a clue about what I was asking for, they didn't seem to have any option for ordering it in.

Some retailers not only display a localized subset of the products but often display the number of items left in stock.

I googled health food store in Park Royal Mall this one came up, I did notice a low rating, all I needed was Apple cider vinegar so went in found it and took it to the till. I had cash in my hand and asked how much please as there was no pricing on the bottle. He said $20….I said excuse me did you say $20 he said yes. I have been using this exact same product for over 10 years and have never paid over $10. When I said thank you I will just go to my regular place he said “fine”. Went down to Popeyes and got the same bottle for $9.50. Double the price is too much for me.

I've been a loyal customer at this location for well over 10 years. I've seen their staff come and go.

I've never complained about the prices I'm paying. I just pay what they want.

I bought approximately $200.00 worth of protein powder, and vitamins a few weeks ago. I kept the receipt. At the time I didn't realise It slipped my mind to use my nutrition house points/discount card. I went back to simply get a refund, and re purchase the protein powder and vitamins. Well, it sounds easy enough to me, but the so called manager told me that he does not know how to do a refund, and the owner himself must do this. (sounds very fishy to me, that a "manager", doesn't know how to do his own job). Anyways, I've been back to this particular store 3 different times so far, and the so called manager has the same lame excuse.

To add insult to injury, the so called manager talks over my voice, as soon as I get 2 words into a sentence. He has nothing but excuses, and can not do his job. He can only take monies to make a sale. That's it.

They don`t have enough in stock and the products are over priced

Seriously over priced... even Whole Foods is cheaper
