Being a car enthusiast I did not know what to expect buying my first new Mercedes. I am a very qualified purchaser owning four high end vehicles in the last ten years. From the moment I entered the dealership to days after the transaction I was treated like the most important person in the world. I was given everything I asked for and much more. The entire experience was many levels above what I had expected. Allen M. was my advisor and he bent over backwards to ensure my happiness and negotiating a more than fair price. Allen explained everything to me and even helped me install the new technology and even clean out my old car. Un heard of in this industry. The G.M. Chris Graham heavily participated in the process as well. He came down several times and also went the extra mile to help me get some extras installed into my vehicle by a subcontractor. Chris was extremely impressive as was Allen. When do you ever see the G.M. come down to the floor to personally assist you. The after care by both team members was also the best as Chris and Allen contacted me in the following days to make sure everything was all right. I just wanted to thank everyone in Mercedes Benz North Vancouver, I have been dealing with them since 2016. But yesterday I had an amazing and exceptional experience with them especially Mr. Allen Moadab the sales consultant. Mr. Allen went above and beyond securing an amazing trade in deal over the phone without me even asking, plus I told him that I won’t be able to arrive the showroom until after regular hours, he assured me that he will wait for me, and all documents will be ready. Literally I was at the showroom 1 and half hours after the regular showroom hours, I were surprised to find out that Mr. Allen, Mr. Jaymond the sales manager and Mrs. Jodie Lie the finance manager, were all waiting for me to assure a smooth and easy car delivery, and that the car is meeting my expectations. I finished everything, signed all the paperwork and got my car in about 20 minutes. Thank you so much you are all amazing.

Someone came and had a very good greeting and started to help me . he was very professional and had a higher experience. My car buying experience was such a pleasurable experience at Mercedes-Benz North Vancouver with sales person Jeff Lu. Although, they didn't have the vehicle on site with all of the features and color I wanted, Mr. Lu assured me that he would get the car I wanted and he did very expeditiously.
