Loblaws City Market Park Royal

Great and convince store for neighbor but it is much pricier than superstore.

Friendly & helpful staff. Exceptionally clean. Wide selection of groceries, flowers, bakery, meat & seafood , deli department, café & gelato. Great prices for West Vancouver residents on a budget who also want good quality. Occasionally they may be out of what I’m looking for. However, as I worked part time in grocery store while attending university, I understand it’s not due to staff not putting out the groceries. But the lack of items available from suppliers.

CityMarket - Park Royal is an expansive supermarket with a comprehensive array of global food products, and their team is always very helpful and friendly. It is definitely at the top of one's go-to choices in the Park Royal/Ambleside area of West Van for for a bright, modern and convenient food shopping destination. I ordered my daughter’s birthday cake from loblaws market in PR mall. And I was lucky to meet the baker in person and discuss about the design I like. Big big thank you to Bahareh ❤ She made our customized mermaid cake and everyone was soooo impressed! Thanks for the beautiful memories in my kid’s 4 yrs old bday.

Clean supermarket. Well stocked. Wide array of groceries offered. Maryam at bakery delivered extra ordinary good service. I looked for a fruit flan cake. She asked me to bring photo of the item so she can ask mngt to stock that product on shelves. She did offer to sell one from the inventory of bakery. That's first class service.

My local neighbourhood grocery store, a great selection of food at reasonable prices for West Vancouver. The staff here are really friendly and helpful if you are nice to them. Unfortunately I have witnessed a few entitled customers patronizing them and being rude. Overall this is a great store and I would reccomend to anyone.

Huge selection of everything. Well stocked and very clean store. Friendly staff. Makes my least favorite task seem more enjoyable when grocery shopping here. I recommend. 😌

Great seafood and great meat selections. Peter Black and sons, the famous butcher runs the meat dept. excellent location, with parking both upstairs and on the main level. The delicatessen competes head on with whole foods. Great bakery. The veg section is a bit pricey, but so is everyone else in West Van. I love this store.

City Market Park Royal is my usual spot for groceries.

They do a number of things better than the median:

1. Their meat department is great - the staff are from the old butcher shop that was in South Park Royal. They know their stuff and are super friendly.

2. They have great Sunday savings sales.

3. The prices for groceries are solid - not worth driving to find a cheaper price for most things, especially if you buy on sale.

4. Great cheese selection.

Overall for quality/price/selection for day-to-day needs, they have it dialed in.
