This is the 4th VW that I'm buying from this dealership, all because of Steve Cross (Product Advisor) and Gary Speranza (Sales Manager) always putting my needs first before their interest. I was looking for a pure grey GLI but none was in stock, there were other colours available which I was open to, but they somehow read my body language and knew grey would be my final choice, they didn't even try to sell the ones in stock. Gary had to pull some strings to get me the exact colour I wanted within a reasonable time frame. The result: Purchase without regrets. Steve also went out of his way to pick me up for the delivery, that's VIP service right there, I thought I was purchasing a Mercedes with the level of service I received. Will definitely refer anyone with a driver's license to buy from here, just ask for Steve and that's your peace of mind right there.

Went to the dealership in hopes to find a new family vehicle for my parents, we were helped by Steve! He was such a big help with finding a proper fit, so patient, honest and we found exactly what we were looking for. He gave us all the facts and made the process so easy. Highly suggest, as the team there was so slick and easy to work with!

I went to Capilano VW several weeks ago and test drove an Atlas. I decided it was too big for me but asked my salesman, Fredo, to please call me if a TDI Touareg came onto the lot. He did just that and found me the exact SUV I was looking for, right down to the colour! The buying process was seamless throughout and the team really went the extra mile to make sure I felt valued. Very happy with our experience buying a new car at Capilano Volkswagen.
