I just wanted to share my experience with one of your employees. A young fellow named "Logan" came to our rescue when we got stuck in the snow yesterday. He stopped his truck and came out, rope in hand and started to figure out a way to pull us out. He spent a good 30 minutes with us, pulling us out safely in the end. He refused any money and said that he was spending the day helping out people "because it was the right thing to do". Thank you, Logan, for your help, you made our day, and we will pay it forward!

Thank you Sara for your help with my light issue in regards to my Hummingbirds this morning. :) You totally understood what I was looking for, and got me the answers I needed to move forward. Thank you for your kind understanding of what I was trying to accomplish. It all worked out. :)

I was really impressed by the service provided by Houle and, in particular, with Ken. I sincerely appreciate that he took the time to share his process and answer my questions while he was working on fixing the problem and finding the cause.

In pandemic times it's not often you can feel so comfortable with a stranger in your house - but with his top notch COVID safety protocols and friendly-while-still-professional attitude - it was an enjoyable experience all around. I am very thankful to have heating back in my home and I definitely learned a lot of things along the way. In the customer service world there are a few opportunities to provide additional value at no cost to the company - Ken seized those opportunities and that really stands out to me as excellent service and added value.

Amazing and prompt service to fix an annoying problem with a smoke detector on a Friday afternoon. From a very responsive person answering the phone at the office, to the electrician that showed up at my door not long afterwards. Connor was a very pleasant and competent electrician that did a thorough job of taking care of the problem. Thanks guys!

Excellent service, quality work. Called for an urgent-timeline residential work. Senior electrician Nick was friendly, knowledgeable & efficient. The work done was super clean and professional and exactly what we needed. I really appreciated the quick and effective scheduling and support on short timelines. I'm not sure they can do this everytime, but it was a lifesaver for us. Great, reliable company!

Recently, the battery in our alarm system melted down and sent the siren blasting us into insanity and out into the middle of our front yard, where we phoned House Electric to see whether they could help us. Not only did they pull someone off a job and arrive at our house within half an hour to turn off the noise, which by now had turned into a burning, acrid stench, but their sympathy and understanding almost made the situation pleasant. Thank you, Houle, for being so sweetly human, and for being so good at your job. And, please, pass on a thank you to the customer who took pity on us and was willing to give you up so that you could come here.

We were ripping up our perimeter drain and needed to supply a new line to my shop in the back yard. Called Houle and a tech came out to scope the job in a couple of days. I told him what I wanted and they wrote me up a quote which I got shortly after the walk through. An electrician arrived exactly when he said he would arrive and was great at asking questions for what i wanted (lighting, sockets, switches, etc...) He did all the work and then walked me through everything on the new panels explaining how everything was labeled. He gave me an invoice which I paid on the spot, and it cost almost exactly what I was quoted for.

Really nice to see a company that shows up on time, knows what they're doing, has great customer service and does a professional job. I'd use them for any future work.

We hired Mike Wong to repair a DDC problem that has been going on for months on a very complex public building. Mike was able to very quickly pin point two of the problems causing the issues and explained it all extremely well, showed me the two components causing the issues and we were able to get it all rectified that morning. I worked with many DDC Control techs and Mike is not only a great communicator he also really knows his stuff. Cant recommend him highly enough.
