Easily accessible location.It's also an Amazon pick up point too.

Staff was very rude and lied to me about the bathroom being closed after letting somone in... I litterly got gas before I went in.. I was a paying customer and the store clerk still lied to me. Do better or you'll keep losing ur customers

So they don't really know English on the night shift.. which ok; I get it, especially if they're new to the country.
However; they house one of the Amazon locker locations for Victoria and questions about it really should be able to be answered. Unfortunately, you kind of need basic English language skills for this.

But the reason for the one star review... not only did the employee have zero English skills, he was also yelling in a foreign language on the phone that I couldn't understand in response for me asking multiple times if the Amazon locker was 24 hours as I had a package sitting there ready for pickup and it was after midnight.
To which he abruptly said the only English word I think he knows, which was "goodbye", and promptly hung up on me after yelling for a good couple minutes.

Soooo; going to hopefully pickup my package, and I will not be having anything else delivered here ever again.
It's a Christmas present for my wife which I wanted to be discreet hence why I had it delivered to a locker instead of our home.

There are other places available for Amazon delivery hubs in Victoria; I would recommend a different one for sure.

I'm sure the gas and snacks at this location are ok if that's worth anything for any kind of positive finish for this review.
But definitely one star still. Don't come here if you don't have to. Including Amazon deliveries.

Arrived last night to go inside with a few friends to buy a few snacks and drinks but as we walked up the few guys that were inside, all not wearing masks, locked the door. They did see us but they didn’t seem to care. When we went back to my vehicle two other girls had walked up to the window and they were talking through the window with the few guys and then it looked like they went around back? My friends and I left after that to go to 7/11 as we knew they wouldn’t lock us out as we walked up

No employees were wearing masks, and they closed right as we went to the door. It’s a 24/7 open store and the employees were laughing??
