Shoppers Drug Mart

I have been going to this drug store for many, many years and Murray and his staff have always been courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. We leave the country several times a year and Murray always arranges that we have enough of our prescriptions to take with us. Nothing is ever too much for him and his helpful staff. Also the Shoppers Drug Mart always has some wonderful sales. We find no faults with this great store and will continue to use their services as long as we are able.

Always kind, caring and knowledgeable people in the pharmacy department even though they are crazy busy, they always do their very best, great team.

Our family has a lot of presciptions at this Shoppers Drug Mart and Murray and his team are wonderful! They have never, ever made an error with a prescription and are great about emergency doses now that doctors are difficult to get a hold of for refills. This is a very busy pharmacy but if you use their phone order system, the prescription is always ready on time. Thank you for the consistently great service during these still challenging times.

The cosmetic department is also amazing. Barb and Stephanie are very knowledgeable and I trust their recommendations, especially Barb and her wealth of experience. They are also very kind ladies.
Lise in the post office section is very friendly and efficient at her job. She always has a smile on her face and is more than willing to help. In my mind this is the best post office given Lise and her staff being professional and quick at their jobs.

The pharmacy team at Shoppers Royal Oak is excellent -- knowledgeable, courteous and thoroughly professional. I've been a customer there for many years so I know this has always been their standard, even in the most challenging of times during the pandemic. Pharmacist Murray and the others are always so helpful and considerate!

This store has made it easy for me to pick up prescriptions in a timely manner. I transferred my business from other pharmacies to this location some four years ago. The staff are responsive, even while this very busy pharmacy (especially these COVID days) has many demands placed on it for service. The advice I have received has been most helpful. Difficult customers - and I have witnessed some shockingly poor behaviour - are responded to professionally and with sincere attempts to provide care.

I had recently come into this shoppers, and was having an allergic reaction to some makeup I had purchased online.
I didn’t get her name but there was a young woman working in the cosmetics department who was SO HELPFUL! I tried to call and thank her but couldn’t get through on the automated service.
She not only recommended products that cleared up the reaction, and soothed it, but also recommended some of the best beauty products I’ve used so far!
Totally impressed!
And super thankful for her help!

This pharmacy is one of the best in Victoria. Friendly staff who genuinely care about your health. The owner, Murray, is frequently around and approaches all customers with kindness and care. The store can be a bit messy, but if your main priority is medication and healthcare, you won't be disappointed.

I can't say enough good things about this location. Staff are friendly and know you by name and the customer service is wonderful. A recent prescription was out of stock from the manufacturer, and the owner went above and beyond to find it for me during the day. We won't go anywhere else.
