The Vandelta group did a great job on our installation. We met with Chris to describe our needs and he made valuable suggestions that we agreed upon. The date and time was set and the technician, Randy, arrived, as promised, and did an excellent job with the initial installation. When he discovered a problem with the installation, due to an internal problem, it was quickly diagnosed,, a new part replaced the old one was so that the installation could be completed in a timely fashion. The technicians were neat, tidy,communicative, and efficient. They left the site completely cleaned up.

VanDelta has provided services for our building intercom and access control for many years. I manage an older building in West Vancouver with a door entry system which is one generation away from running on coal however Vandelta keeps it running. Mick, their tech today, performs above and beyond and goes the extra mile to get the tenants reconnected to the system. If only the Telus techs were as knowledgeable we wouldn't have had a problem to begin with

Vandelta did a great job for our strata cameras last year. Now trying to find them again for more!

Not sure why my post was removed, so I’m re posting it as I have referred friends from other strata buildings to read my posted review, as it speaks for it self with regards to my experience with Van Delta’s employees!

Our strata in North Vancouver was referred to VANDELTA for our intercom issue. We were advised that a guy by the name of Mick was “outstanding” he’s the “best” he will be able to fix our issue.

Right from the start, making the call and talking to a wonderful gal by the name of Natalie and then chatting to Wendy on the ph I knew we were in good hands. These 2 gals can certainly teach many other’s telephone etiquette / customer service manners, from the top down.

Mick, the intercom technician was “outstanding” and is certainly the “best”His personality, his intercom knowledge, work ethic and determination was truly above and beyond!

It’s very hard to find 3 “OUTSTANDING” employees today let alone 1.

VANDELTA, you’re a very lucky company to have these 3 wonderful employees on your team! I hope you’re as proud of them, as I was with dealing with them!

Start to finish this was an easy and smooth installation. The sales lead presented the security system options to the strata council and strata corporation members after-hours on a week night. He followed up regularly throughout the process. VDC answered all questions and ensured a job well done. We love our new intercom!!

VanDelta was a life saver to our strata. Our building's accessibility was a challenge to many residents and when the building council authorized the work and cost but amidst the supply chain issues. Chris the CEO called us personally to let us know the issues and more importantly, come with solutions. He decided to bring in other suppliers to do part of the job for our upgrade work, prioritizing our needs and project timeline instead of keeping the work all to themselves. To us, that's admirable and sorely lacking in many of the business sectors these days.

And equally important: their work quality is impeccable. Their staffs are punctual, respectful, communicative and very informative. And the quality of work is top notched. We have nothing but compliments from our building residents.

We highly recommend VANDELTA if you have the needs. They are that good.

We have 29 very old school intercom panels with 301 intercom phones and Mick is our go to tech!! Mick is absolutely amazing at diagnosing what the issue is and getting it repaired quickly. Mick is always polite and explains the issue so I have no questions about the repair. Sometimes Mick drives longer than the repair takes and doesn’t make me feel like I’ve put him out or wasted his time.I Will continue to use Vandelta as long as I get Mick as my tech!!

Vandelta provided top-notch service from start to finish. Chris was extremely knowledgeable during the initial site visit and presented the options to us very clearly. He's also just a really nice, friendly person. Communication was great and installation was seamless. We're very happy with our decision to hire Vandelta to instal our new entry system for our condo building.

We’ve had VanDelta provide all services for our apartment building intercom and access control for many years. They’ve always been professional and responsive. We’ve had new installations, upgrades and emergency situations. They always work to make sure the job is done properly and on time and at a very competitive price. Christopher bent over backwards to get our system back online when one of our access control boards died on a weekend. Wendy, in the office, is responsive and easy to work with. Mick, our technician, is knowledgeable, professional and always ready to explain options. We recommend them whole-heartedly.

VDC Vandelta was a real life saver when our Strata was having security concerns and shuffled a number of jobs around so they could immediately address our concerns. As they have the capacity to do the work in house and didn't need to subcontract they were also the most affordable on top of having excellent customer service. Would recommend.

I have to say after years owning my own business and now also managing buildings for a friend of mine I had my first experience with Van Delta just a few months ago. Having dealt with all kinds of people in businesses I have to say that Chris and the folks at Van Delta have been more than excellent at providing me with the services I asked for. They were fast efficient and more than willing to explain everything I'm delighted with my entry access system as well as my security system great folks and I would recommend them highly a definite five star rating for me

We recently updated our door intercom system and after looking at several options, my property management company selected Vandelta for the work. The prep work and installation of the new system was done in a very professional and timely fashion and the residents loved it straight away. A request was made to have the door release sound muted as it was quite loud and the work was completed in less than 36 hours from the time of request. Great work, great service after the install and that is always the test.

Vandelta installed a brand new intercom system at our 47 year old building, replacing the original (and failing) enterphone system. Prior to the installation Chris spent quite a bit of time preparing a review of several types of intercom systems that he thought would suit our building. He also provided addresses in our neighbourhood so we could look at the various models installed at buildings similar in size to ours. He gave us a good price, and the installation was done very quickly after we made our decision. The technician who did the installation had it done all in one day, at minimal disruption to our residents.
Our strata council and residents are very happy with the service we have had from Vandelta, and do not hesitate to recommend this excellent company.
Update: in 2023, our building again had opportunity to contract with Vandelta. The strata did an extensive security upgrade. Included in this upgrade was the installation of RFID fob readers at both exterior doors, by Vandelta. This system ties in seamlessly with intercom system installed by Vandelta several years ago. It was also necessary to change the hardware at these doors to accommodate this upgrade, and program all the fobs for the owners and various service providers to the building. Chris came to the site to prepare the quote and offer excellent advice on the various options. When our strata made the decision to go ahead, the work was done when he said it would be done, and with no complications. The technical staff doing the work were excellent, professional, punctual, and very polite. The system functions exactly as promised and the owners are very pleased. This is a very good company.

We have worked with Van Delta for many years as a strata and have been very happy with the support they provide. When we needed to upgrade our entrance intercom system we turned to them again. Since our entryway is unique, they worked with their contractor to build a new custom stainless stand for the intercom. The installation was completed today. It looks great, upgrading the front of our building tremendously. Their commitment to meeting our goals within our budget made our decision process informed and successful.

Everyone from VanDelta has been most helpful to us in the replacement of our intercom system last year and the cctv installation in our building this year.

Chris responded promptly whenever I called or emailed him. He gave us good professional advices and provided us with his best quotes giving all details regarding equipments, services and costs. He helped us to solve our recent vandalism problem quickly and fitted us in for the installation of our cctv system within the shortest and tightest time frame they had during Christmas and New Year’s. To this we were very grateful. Thank you Chris.

Andrew and Yusuf were prompt, efficient and professional in their installation services. They were very kind to answer any questions we had and were very patient doing adjustments according to our requests.

Yusuf was a great help to us explaining n showing how we can use the CCTV efficiently.

Wendy was always responsive whenever I called or emailed and updates our intercom system for new tenants almost immediately on receipt of the new tenants’ info.

All in all, I can only have good things to say about VanDelta. They are professional, polite, prompt, kind, honest, reliable, responsible and reasonable. They always tried their best to help us in our needs. They do business with their heart.
