Safeway North Hill

The ladies in the floral department are absolute angels. Special mention for the kindness Catherine showed us in doing up a special bouquet just for my my mom.

nice and clean, well-organized. my only complaint is that everything is so expensive. all food everywhere is so expensive. my small bag of grapes was $10. I am not a millionaire and yet I am trapped in this capitalist hellscape; burdened by flesh.

Great store, newly.renovated and stocked with many more items than the smaller Safeway stores. Clean and well organized. Easy to find what you are looking for. Fantastic bakery. Huge variety of fresh produce. And it also has a pharmacy located in the back of the store. In addition to all that, they have a fabulous deli and sandwich counter in the front of the store serving fresh made sandwiches while you wait.

Ordered flowers at a very busy time and they took my request, were helpful and had them delivered. Perfect! Staff was helpful and kind. Really appreciated their assistance.

Absolutely my favorite grocery store to shop at! Every isle and section are always kept clean. The bakery/Deli section is very modern and offers many choices for quick lunches or last-minute dinners.

I was having trouble finding a specific item I needed - I happened to stop an employee for help. Matt M. graciously searched high and low in the sections suited for this item, but we had no luck. He suggested a place down the road that sold the item I was looking for - he kindly pulled up Google Maps on his phone and gave me the address! Super kind & helpful employee, he made my shopping experience very enjoyable!

There is Safeway, and then there is NHC Safeway! I think this is the only Safeway I've ever shopped in where staff on the floor actually ask if they can help!
It's always clean, well lit, and friendly. It's my go-to Safeway store

Hi everybody,always have a good experience when I go to my favorite Safeway.I know a lot of the cashiers there and like them all.I do have a few favorites that I chat with a bit, if their not too busy. We have a few laughs sometimes which is really nice. Sorry I don't do the picture thing to well.

Nice Safeway. Well managed, clean and with friendly staff. Fresh items such as produce, breads and meats are good at this location. Unlike some other stores they've always had a live cashier available.

Excellent produce, kabobs with vegetable and mini croissants egg salad.

It is the only place I have seen a non plastic packaging for tomatoes. I love it !

I come here exclusively for the flower desk. The woman running the flower desk is extremely kind and helpful, even if she's busy. As long as she keeps working at this location, I'll keep coming to buy flowers here.

Lalitha is such a sweet lady! I’ve had her help me a few times when I’ve cashed out and she is always so friendly, cheerful, efficient and a pleasure to see.

Credit where due, I reached out to the management about a lack of vegan/veggie options during their renovations. They got back to me explaining they would listen to this advice and expand the options

And boy have they ever. MANY more options. Burgers, ground meat, frozen options, fresh options, various “cheeses” etc etc.

I no longer have to hit up 2 stores to get my food basket filled, I can do all in one.

A great community and customer focused grocery store that is always very well stocked and a pleasure to shop in. The staff here are very knowledgeable and always seem to go above and beyond when it comes to exceptional customer service experiences. The displays here always look very fresh and appealing. I have been and will continue to shop here for years to come.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by a wonderful lady in the floral department at North Hill Mall Safeway. Unfortunately I don’t recall her name but she went above and beyond in answering all of my questions and in providing top-notch customer service. The plant that I ordered was delivered as promised and the recipient could not have been happier with the quality of the product. I will definitely be patronizing this location again.
