I recently became very interested in the fish hobby! I have gone in a few times for snails, fish, new tanks, breeder tank etc! And I always wait for Ben! He’s honestly so knowledgeable I could talk to him all day. These are my 3 tanks, thanks to Ben and all his help and advise!

Staff are very helpful in locating products only occasionally asked for. They also monitor a customer's movements in an aisle to ask if you are needing assistance, which I find very efficient for time saved hunting the item down. They offer options that I don't think of. A great place for shopping for all of my pet animal supplies or training aids. Keep up the customer focus. It is a nice way to shop when I rarely do that in recent years. Thanks to all employees.

We adopted our dwarf bunny when it was almost closing time and also got 100 guppies. The staffs was very helpful and courteous of our last minute request that I couldn’t have thank them enough. The bunny was healthy and the employee man assisting our adoptions really was detailed on what essentials we needed and was honest and not pressuring us so much on buying anything we didn’t need. The cashiers team was not only patient but also super helpful assisting us. It’s only our second time here after the first time viewing around but honestly Pisces is great for their service, wide selection and kind staffs! We definitely recommend this place and will be back.

Shout out to Kassidy! Very helpful, informative and friendly! She helped me find an alternative food for my super allergic dog. She went over and beyond to show me different options and is very knowledgeable. Thank you so much!!! You rock!!!

Best pet store in town! They have everything for your pets needs. From dogs to fish to reptiles. They have you covered!

What a cool place. Has everything that you could need for your critter. I was taken away by the koi fish pond with water fall. It was beautiful 😍 photo attached.

Lots of toys, food, litter boxes and other objects for all pet-related things you may need. They also have a wide variety of cute animals up for adoption. I wouldn't recommend buying any cat trees as they're marked up a lot and break super easily.

Absolutely amazing! Definitely the best pet store I've ever been to. Animal care is top notch, amazing stock, and staff are very friendly and helpful. Definitely well priced as well. 100% recommend for any pet owners, or enthusiasts!

Pisces is by far the best pet store in Calgary! They have a wide selection of fish, small animals, reptiles and amphibians. Their customer service is great! I talked to one of their staff about a snake I was thinking about getting there and when I went back weeks later he still remembered it and gave me an update on that snake! Their feeder mice are also very good, other feeders I have bought are sometimes missing limbs but I have not had this problem here, and they have the cheapest prices when you buy at a pet store! Also, parts of this store are more like a zoo than a pet store because they have a huge koi pond and a monkey habitat! I love going here even if I don’t need to buy anything!

Pisces has been my go-to pet store since the 90s. The biggest and best selection and pricing too! Bring the kids and check out the monkeys and koi pond. Picked up this little betta the other day.

Today I was in a big hurry to get the dog food for the dogs as we ran out every time I go there I seem to never be able to remember where they keep the Canadian nationals so I went to the customer service desk. There was someone to help me within seconds they were gracious enough to carry the heavy bag for me, and I was in and out of the store within 10 minutes, thanks for great customer service

This 5 Star is for Luigi. He took his time with us to help pick out a Martingale collar for our growing pup, which wasn’t easy as he’s between a lot of sizes for most brands and styles. He was very knowledgeable and patient as we tried on multiple collars. He even suggested a different bully stick because part of the proceeds go to a veteran military dogs foundation to support them when they retire. I liked that.

Always liked to visit this place for pet needs. Recently visited to buy shrimp and Kubotai Rabosa fish for my aquarium. Staff were all nice and friendly and very helpful. I love their water feature and always get pics there. They have lots of options and it is quite easy to navigate the place.

Parking is still okay. Traffic can be crazy sometimes. Nice and friendly cashiers too.

First time ever being at this pet store and wow! It's huge, prices on raw food for dogs is reasonably priced. But what really was so cool was the young man, Max that explained about all the different reptiles, his passion at his job is nonetheless so impressive. In fact all the staff that worked there, don't ignore any one. There was always someone to help and so nice to see these young kids not standing around on their phones and ignoring the customers like so many retail places now. Definitely will be back!

Very happy with the quality of fish!!! I brought home a dozen shrimp a few weeks ago and I haven't lost one yet, I've never had bad luck with loosing fish or getting fish with ick!!! Very impressed with the fish team and how much knowledge they have on fish compatibility and stocking recommendations. Highly recommend!!!

What a great shop. It's great to spend some time with some amazing tanks and displays and fun animals, obviously. This place is stacked with supplies and at great prices. Fish selection is great as well.. you can get everything you need here.

I would like to commend Ash, in the reptile department, for her expertise and strong commitment to providing exceptional service to me as a customer with a box turtle earlier today. The entire store staff could not have been more supportive or helpful and I was reminded of what a great business/store. this is. It is a pleasure when such brilliant people are willing to share their knowledge in such a friendly fashion. Thank you Ash and colleagues.

Soo many pets, and staff working around the clock with both pet maintenance and customer service. They carry all the professional goods you may need for your critters enclosures from cages to components (for aquarium tanks). They also sell locally made goods as well!

They have everything you’d need! For dogs, cats, reptiles, amphibians, rodents, fish, bugs, and more! The store is also very organized, it’s easy to find what you need! It’s also very fun to look around, they have a big indoor pond with huge koi fish, they’re so cute and cool it look at! Not to mention the customer service is amazing! The staff are so knowledgeable! Every question I had was answered! I purchased a large terrarium and one of the staff members wheeled it out to my dads truck and loaded it into it for me! I don’t come to Calgary often but when I do Pisces is a must go!
