They have great customer service. I showed up to buy a new video game but they unfortunately were out. But rather than just saying sorry and ignoring me (looking at you Best Buy), they looked in their system for other stores that might have it, called immediately, and asked them to put it on hold for me. Parker also followed up on the activation credit given to me. Despite the service provider did not have this promotion, Parker still tried his utmost effort to fullfil the customer expectation, and he really demonstrated this perfectly. I really appreciated that. Very happy experience with purchase at this store.
