Branch managers and staff take customers who come in very seriously and provide the best assistance.

I go to this branch about every two weeks (gotta love coin laundry) and I always have a great experience. I’m greeted as soon as I walk in and I have never waited long. This last time I went I received a survey after. I answered- and shortly received a call from the branch manager Jennings saying thank you, and giving me his contact info should I need anything. I was so impressed and I was not expecting such a genuine thank you for something as simple as a survey!

Pink is very experienced, very patient, very professional and extremely helpful! Actually, Pink reached out to me for a matter that not even related to this office. And she has spent lots of time to help me out, despite of her busy schedule. Thank you Pink!

*update* Several years later, the service at this branch has only continued to improve. Staff are respectful, and service oriented. They care about your needs and are flexible to meet your schedule. Keep it up!

The bank is neat, tidy and modern. Staff and management is very respectful and work hard to serve their clients. I've always had a good experience at this branch.

I believe his name was Bo Cheng but great customer service! we came in 10 mins before closing as it is hard to get there after work and he stayed 50 mins past closing to help us and didn’t rush us (didn’t think what we needed would take so much) he answered all our questions. Thank you Bo we appreciate it :D

I have never had a more helpful banking experience than with Jessa at this branch - she was efficient, responsive, and pleasant to work with. Highly recommend this BMO!
