Bean There Cafe

The drinks we enjoyed were excellent. Great service! We wanted to do some online work but internet was quite slow. There were a lot of regulars who came and picked up their orders and left. A very cozy place.

We stopped here for a quick lunch on our way to the Cape Breton Highlands and liked it so much we stopped here again on the way back to Halifax! Yummy paninis, bagel sandwiches, baked good, tea/coffee, and more! Plenty of seating outside available too.

Amazing BLT, blueberry scones, great dark roast coffee!!! Friendly staff, can’t go wrong bean-ing here!!!

Cute little cafe the chocolate chip cookies were delicious along with the blueberry scones. The chai latte was a good amount of sweetness, not too sweet. Oat milk mocha was also really good.

What a gem! Best London Fog I ever had and the bagel was amazing too! A must visit for sure. The service was also very friendly. I can’t wait to come back :)

This small cafe was a delight to stop at while driving the Cabot Trail. My husband and I purchased some egg sandwiches, muffins, and drinks - all were delicious (behind impressed with the quantity of bacon on the sandwich)! We would stop here again.

Lovely, cosy and friendly little place. Outside or inside! The panini in particular and their choice of coffees are great!

Oh, that scone..! Really nice place for a coffee and a bite. To address the elephant in the room: I preferred the scones here and the espresso (roughly) across the road 😁 Both places are very good, though.

I think this is one of the best oat milk lattes I’ve ever had! The bagel breakfast sandwich was hot and fresh. Super friendly staff and a great location in town. Indoor and outdoor seating with a clean and appealing ambiance.

You have to try their chicken club panini! They season it perfectly. 👌 Their coffee is decent (I ordered flat white) but did not shine as much as their panini for me.

Best place in town for a perfect cup of coffee…or barista prepared option…breakfast sandwich or fresh bakery item. Courteous and efficient staff greet you and treat you like a “regular” on your first visit. Indoor and outdoor tables to sit and enjoy. Premium Nova coffee available. Try the Dragon’s Breath dark roast.

Grabbed our breakfast and lunch here prior to hiking...breakfast bagel was delish. Scones were the highlight of our lunch, fresh, tasty and light! Didn't have a coffee this time but their specialty coffee are always good!

This place has the best coffee in town and there are a lot of flavors to choose from. The Bagel sandwiches with egg and your choice of meat are not skimpy. It has a really nice Outdoor Cafe area where you can actually sit on the main strip and watch everything go by highly recommend that you stop at Bean there Cafe.

Nice cafe. Good coffee. We really enjoyed our egg and bacon breakfast bagel sandwich. They also had a selection of great looking baked goods.
