Good supermarket, tidy and many options within products to choose from. Even found italian 00-flour here. Good pricing & friendly staff in my experience.

I Have been shopped in Superstore in Courtenay.

We need a New Outside Superstore logo, Because My Campbell River Store has replaced the Outside logo in 2017 during store renovation.

We will be back for sure.

I was in your store on Thursday March 2 and had occasion to deal with two delightful young men. One was busy bringing carts in and the other was on checkout #2 . Both were courteous, helpful and pleasant. The cashier went out of his way to help me with lifting several items and picked up my walking stick so quickly , he was like “ the flash”! I left for home feeling uplifted and pleased to have this store so well run.

Brad (I hope I have your name right ) octopus tattoo guy lol, was so helpful, efficient & patient. I had some cell issues and he was an absolute gem helping me resolve them !Ty so much !Made my day.

Over all I have had good experiences shopping at this location. While it can be hard to find some items, I have found their employees polite and helpful. They have most of their traditional check-out lanes open, which is helpful for seniors and people with disabilities who struggle to use self check-out. On average, I have also found their prices to be lower than the other grocery stores in Courtenay, so this is my go to store, especially the prices of the PC or no name products.

Generally the best prices, especially if you collect points. Good international section. Be nice to the cashiers. They have to put up with a lot of BS. Leave them alone if they forget to ask you about the dang deal of the week.

The staff here are lovely. We are out of towners and visited a few times and everyone was polite and interacted positively with us.

Great staff! 😊 They've always been above and beyond helpful! Especially today! I was using self checkout and had a bit of an accident with a pizza from the deli (my fault) cheese and toppings all over! Staff members were very polite and let me pick up a new pizza and pay for the rest of my items without any trouble and no charge for the ruined pizza. Thank you! 👍👍

Better layout and the better selection than other grocery stores in the area. The store is also large, prices are reasonable and it has clothing, toys, a pharmacy and cookware sections. The store is usually busier and has more traffic than the other stores in the area that I have shopped at but superstore makes up for this by having more checkout lanes open and less general wait times to pay and get out.

Best place to shop n buy your most of household and grocery, daily essentials, clothing, medicine self shop as well prescribed medicines available, Walk in Clinic just outside Superstore.Halal chicken frozen items wide selection from Whole Chicken to Chicken Ham, Chicken sausages and fish too.

Pricing is good, return policy is great on their PC brand. If you buy it, try it and don't like it you can return it or exchange (if no receipt) for something else. Many of the staff are really friendly and helpful. This is my preferred place to shop

I find superstore is definitely a good cheap place to go if you're looking for good veggies and fruit! They have a good variety of products that I can usually find everything I'm looking for in one place.

We are from the lower mainland & have never had customer service like this store offers! Over the top friendly employees, especially the bakery department! Will be back!!

The checkout can be a bit slow at times, but that's life. As a tech-savvy individual I refuse to use the atrocious self-checkout machines. It's 2020... I could build you better machines in my basement. I hope the chain upgrades those in the near future.

Fabulous prices and selection of all under 1 roof. Grocery, pharmacy, cosmetic, clothing, house hold, etc.
In a very large parking lot with other stores in the strip mall.
