Richmond Firehall #2 Steveston

My little one was one of the Richmond Fire-Rescue Band-Aid Contest winners🎉. Mr. McLeod gave her the prize and allowed my kids to simulate driving the fire truck. He and the staff were so friendly 🔥 Regina will never forget this experience and hopefully persevere in her desire to be a firefighter!

Firemen and firewoman are expected to risk their lives in order to save others. Mad respect to all the firefighters out in Steveston and around the 🌎
On site, there is a large undulating mosiac of a pacific crab apple tree with text imbedded into the thousands of hand cut tiles. It tells a story of community commitment, strength, and resilience of the fishermen and firefighters in the early years of Stevestons development.

Stopped at a fire hall on no 2 road in richmond along our drive and asked a firefighter named Micah if he could give my daughter ella a tour. She was very excited and now wants to be a firefighter 😊❤ thank you Micah for being so polite and helpful and courteous as well as extremely patient with giving us a tour

Came here when they had their open house. It's a new fire hall with a nice modern design. They gave tours of the inside of the building, brought out the fire trucks, extended the ladder and gave away some free stickers and stuff.

Thanks for the help today guys, gave me a push start to get me back on the road and even a bottle of water to help me recover from my pushing. Many thanks to you and the nice guys who helped me as well getting through the intersection.

I have never visited a firehall before. I was pleasantly surprised at how caring and professional they were at giving my family and I a tour of their pristine facility. I now have even more respect for these highly trained professionals.
