Apple Self Storage - Saint John East

I have had a storage unit with the Saint John East location for some time now and find that every time I go in the facility is clean and well kept.
The staff is friendly and always happy to say hello and make sure you have no issues.

Friendly and helpful staff. Bonnie and Susan are great! Would highly recommend for anyone in the area looking for storage facilities.

5 Stars. First, the staff here go above and beyond all my expectations. They always have a smile, and always ask if they can help and they are indeed a huge help. Whenever i have shipments delivered to them, they place my delivery immediately in my storage locker. They seem to always have answers to any questions I bring to them. Secondly, The building is very well maintained and clean. Their maintenance person, John, is always inspecting the building and cleaning. If something is broken it is fixed almost immediately. The company cares about and takes great pride in their image. If a door has scratch, it is painted. If a handle is broken it is fixed,; very clean facility. Lastly, they have all the tools you need: push carts, dollies, and pallet jacks. The only negative thing I can say is the push carts are very loud; but they certainly do come in handy when you need one. Thank you Apple Self Storage. Renting 3 large lockers and very pleased.

Another year working with Apple Self Storage and it has been stellar. I receive a lot of packages and they are always helpful with safely storing it and emailing me when they arrive. Can’t say enough about the excellent service at this location!

Staff at Apple Self Storage are always willing to help and go above and beyond to make their customer's feel important. They even hold customer appreciation days and give out good food. Buildings and lockers are well maintained and very clean. They even stock moving supplies of top quality and decently priced. I highly recommend Apple Self Storage.

Customer service is so good it is ridiculous. Excellent location within the City. Building is well maintained and clean. They keep on top of the up keep. Office staff go above and beyond all my needs. I can not recommend this place enough. The best of the best.

Apple Self Storage Saint John East on Thorne Avenue is very organized, easy to access. The best part is the drive in bay so you can load and unload your items regardless of the weather. This makes everything very convenient.

The staff are friendly and helpful. They were able to quickly understand our requirements for space and made excellent recommendations and provided a tour of the facility to make it even easier.

We've had a fantastic experience with Apple Self Storage! From the first day that we walked in looking for a unit (it was about 1 minute before 5pm, closing time, and the owner was packing up. She stayed and arranged the unit, walked us over and gave us a tour of how things worked) to our experience as continued customers (for example, noticing and calling us when our lock was not on properly to ensure that our items were safe). I would highly recommend Apple!
