Don’t know about others but I Arrived at 8:00 am for delivery. Got dock right away and was unloaded very fast. In n Out in 45 minutes.

They take 2 hrs to unload trailer if its full load.they have washroom.

One of their drivers in sj area, lane changed towards the front end of my car. I honked and the driver gave me a dirty look and took over anyways then followed me on the highway at 120kmh. What kind of people does this company hire?

They like to get in the people’s personal business, they watch people outside on streets and keep an eyes on random people.

As a Truck Driver , What a waste of time. They want me to be here 8:00am. I was on time. I just have 8 skids for them. But I don’t understand why they take 4 hours to unload that. I don’t know why they people don’t understand Driver has log book. Really disappointed.

Earning topmost worse stars due to their rude behavior(specially receiver guy) and lack of professionalism, not enough space for backing the 53’ trailer and they don’t care about blocking the traffic. Moreover, No washrooms/ took 2:30hrs to unload the whole trailer.

I ordered a pair of boots from Chandler 2weeks ago still no boots. I have called a few times they can't tell me if they will arrive in a day or a week or within the year. they take my number and say a different department will call witch they never do.
I went online this morning and can have the boots shipped to my house in 2 days threw another company.

Was actually talking to clerk about a purchase and she left for lunch without even trying to finish the sale. Lol Must be nice to be a monopoly.

I wish i could give them 0 star, they are illiterate and don’t care about their customers ,specially receiver don’t know have to speak with customers.
