Worked with Cindy on the purchase of our house in Nanoose Bay in early 2016. We had made a couple trips to the Island to scope out some properties with Cindy but ultimately did not place an offer. Sitting at home in Calgary shortly after one unsuccessful trip, I happened upon an MLS listing for a property with amazing ocean views in Nanoose Bay. Brenda and I immediately contacted Cindy and she drove all the way out to the property to check it out for us (at least a 1.5 hour drive each way). It just so happened that the market was just heating up and she learned that there was a pending offer on the place where the agent represented both the buyer and seller. She advised us that if we wanted the property we would have to put together an offer immediately. We agreed and made an offer on the condition that we could back out after viewing it the next day when we would fly out. Meanwhile the the listing agent failed to present our offer in favor of the offer from her own client. Cindy fought for our rights and navigated the sale to our benefit. We will always be indebted to her for that and cannot recommend Cindy strongly enough.
