Veggie ramen here is the best ramen I've ever had

Loved the spicy seafood and tofu stew. Great prices. Gave me a sample of the kimchi fried rice which was great too.

Been coming here for years. The best foodspot on campus by far! Affordable, tasty and healthy. The owner is also very friendly and polite. Always a good experience visiting there!

Service:
Very nice owners. On the first day of university, I was looking around to see what to eat, and owner offered me a sample of the beef and bibam-bap. They also sometimes give a small cup of miso soup to come with my meal. Overall a great experience!

Food:
Tried the beef rice, chicken rice, chicken bibam-bap, and chicken mayo and they are all delicious. There also 5 levels of spiciness to choose from for some of the meals.

Their service made my day!!! My friend and I were trying to decide what to order and the lady behind the counter took her time explaining each menu item to us, plus she even let us sample the food before ordering! So cute. Definitely my go-to if I ever need to buy food on campus.

Delicious, homemade style Korean food! Everything on the menu is good. My favourite is the bibimbap or the fish cake k-ramen. Super filling, lots of food.
It's also run by a very nice couple, reminds me of my own parents!

Super friendly staff, good and freshly made food, generous portions. My 1st time getting food there, and the person was so kind that she gave me a taste of what I wanted to order to try, and some extra food. Highly recommended.

If you ever want some good food on Campus/ Burnaby Mountain, Gawon is your pick. Served with great hospitality and diverse range of authentic Korean food will surely gives you a memorable dinning experience. Don't forget to try out the Cold Noodles (Naengmyeon), their Summer Special!

Definitely one of the better places to eat on campus, it's my favourite place within the MBC food court. So far everything I had was super good. The staff are very helpful, and welcoming.

I personally recommend this restaraunt to anybody willing to try foreign foods or any Korean who miss their mother's cooking. They sometimes gove out free cups of kimchi fried rice for those who are waiting, and are overall very welcoming. I eat here at least 3 times a week, and will continue doing so. These people are very generous people and their food tastes amazing in general. Keep 'er going Gawon :)

If you haven’t been here already you should come check this place out!! The owners are very friendly and service is always quick. Everything is delicious but I especially recommend the dumpling soup, perfect for a cold day!

Their food is great. The lovely couple who owns this restaurant is really nice to people. And they always put on a great smile thatll brighten anyones day. Their food always has great variety and great taste.

You should try Korean Style ramen noodle soup. That is traditional taste with beautiful egg on it.
