Yellow dog is a great place to hang out and have a few drinks. I've been here a few times now and always had a good time. The bartenders behind the bar are very friendly and helpful in making selections and offering suggestions of their menu. Had a few beers and a few cocktails and everything was very good. I would definitely recommend this place if you are In the area. I also have a great selection of cocktail menu and the margarita was really good.

One of the must-see places that I recommend for beer lovers who visit Vancouver. Their High Five Hazy IPAs iconic and taste like no other beers … go there and have fun with your besties.

Very pretty brewery just by the park. Me and my other 20 friends went there after dragon boating to get some ice cold beer. The vibes , atmosphere and drinks are above and beyond. Very clean n sophisticated place. You are allowed to bring your dogs too n sit by front table on roadside with them

Chill place to hang out and grab a drink with friends. Dog themed drink names and a really big patio with lots of lights. Be aware of the patio tables though, since some are at a slant and our drink spilled, but they were able to pour us a new one right away. When you go on, you order a drink and pay before finding a seat. There is a small section for stylish clothing and caps. You can order flights or just tasters of beverages which is very convenient if you don’t want to commit to one beverage.

Chill vibes. Self serve. Good beer. You don't need anything more from a brewery. Go to place for locals. Highly recommend. Try their IPA and fruity beers.

Great place to check out. Lots of space and great beer and a great atmosphere. Would definitely come back.

The outside area has a very good atmosphere. You can bring you food or snacks there as well, which a lot is people would get from the food trucks outside. Will definitely come back.

Yellow Dog was the first brewery in Port Moody I've ever visited, and since then, it grew into a very well-recognized brand. I think they did an outstanding job establishing their presence across the Lower Mainland's liquor stores early in their history, thus, gaining good exposure. But that success is definitely backed up by the very well-crafted brews they offer. I'd take their Play Dead IPA and Squirrel Chaser HPA any day. Simply outstanding. They also have very cool collabs with other breweries, so guest taps are something to look out for as well. Great people, great beer, great place.

Beautiful Busy and delicious 😋. Just off Rocky Point in Port Moody the brewery is more like a pub among locals. Can be busy! The selection of beers is fantastic (See photo). On this day they had a pop up cantina a l Mexico serving great - Amazing- ginger food. Probably the best nachos I’ve had cause they were made fresh on the spot.

Yellow Dog Brewery has one of the best atmospheres along the breweries on the street. It’s large and open, and has a rustic fee to it. The beer selection was quite good, and they even had a kettle sour available! Snacks are a little expensive, but are also large. A soft pretzel was $5, but it was quite large.

Yellow dog beer is my go to beer when I’m in a pub.
All menu is reliable, the atmosphere also recommendable.

Quite large brewery offering lots of room inside which could easily accommodate large groups.
Besides the sizable and ever changing selection of great beer, there's also lots of merchandise of that's your thing.
Being a dog oriented brewery, there's some dog collars and toys available for purchase too.

Great selection of beer! The venue is spacious with lots of seating space, and the decorations really give out a great vibe. The patio at the back is comfortable for some beers outside on a sunny day. The staff is really attentive and knowledgeable of its beer, which is definitely some of the best in Port Moody. If you are on the main strip, don’t miss out on Yellow Dog!

A group of 11 us were in on 11-10-23 on the Friday and had the most wonderful time. Most of us have known each other since Elementary school and of course High school.

Some of us hadn't seen each other in over 30 years, so all the memories and stories come flying back. We all Graduated together from Port Moody Senior Secondary School in 1987.

So we've been getting a group of us together of late, because we're not getting any younger as I've been telling them all. So the group is starting to get bigger and bigger now. Some come all the way from the Cayman Islands and Australia now.

We were a very close group of friends that always had each other's backs and always did things together.

Some in the pictures met in high school and got Married and still together today. Not many people who met in high school can say that.

Anyways long winded I know, but what better place to get together than a great local place in Port Moody than Yellow Dog Brewery 🐕

Has to be the best brewery on the row , golden ale is a cracker , only shame is no pups at the time ( Just happy didn't have murph with me) but still a great haunt beer garden is awesome in the sunny days

Excellent Covid-19 precautions. Dropped in for a quick beer. Great selections and friendly staff. We learned you can bring outside food onto the patio in the back. So we grabbed some food truck tacos from down the street. Excellent atmosphere 👌

Great space, great location! Super friendly staff. Great beer selection learning more towards standard lineup. Live music Wednesdays and a nice little outdoor space to drink your delicious fresh beer!

I have been a regular for over 2 years. It is one of my favourite spots in Port Moody. Staff is always friendly, beer is delicious, and the community of Yellow Dog and the rest of the breweries is awesome.

Yellow Dog is always a reliable choice, with great beer, friendly staff, awesome branding, and a spectacular patio in the back! One of my favourite sours of all time is the Jolly Rancher (I hope it comes back soon!).

amazing, friendly and fun staff! Kiera was super kind over the phone and was delighted when we told her about our bunny, Mackenzie and Jackie were also very fun and friendly and gave Amelia some nice pets! Beer was also amazing as always (for the humans)
