Big Box Outlet Store - Burquitlam

I had such a great experience dealing with Crystal. When she heard that the Burquitlam store did not have the cookies that I wanted, she went out of her way to go to another store to get some. When I got to the store, she gave me a generous discount and even helped me load the stuff to my car. What an exceptional customer service! I will never forget the kindness that Crystal has shown me. She is truly an asset and Big Box is lucky to have her! :-)

Amazing selections (a lot from Costco) except price is better! Lots of different brands (Kirkland, Eddie brown, bench) clothings and shoes, socks, even got pet supplies and gaviscon

I had amazing customer service last night at this Burquitlam location! I bought a Shark vacume in July and it’s been great, until the other night when my son was vacuuming and said it wasn’t sucking up anything.
I hesitated calling because as I didn’t think I had the receipt. I called anyways and they could look up my account by my phone number. They offered me an exchange for a brand new vacuum! I was so happy to get one the day before Christmas eve. Kirin and another man, I didn’t catch his name were outstanding helping and making me feel valued.

We bought a leather couch from these guys. After some months, the leather in two places started to delaminate. I spoke with Charlotte in Burquitlam and Shaun out at corporate office. After several unsuccessful attempts at trying to find me a replacement, they refunded me the cost of the couch plus the extra insurance I paid on it. A full refund.

This type of after-purchase customer service does well to make lifetime customers. Thank you, Shaun and Charlotte.

One of those places you have to go to in order to see what you want. Sales and stock are fluctuating but you can probably find something you want here. Prices can vary from a good price to maybe over.

I love going here, something different each time. Today I shopped through the women’s clothes, the toys, and the packaged food options. Big selection, easy access to aisles, friendly staff.

This store is very tidy, unlike some other Big Box stores. I've found the staff to be efficient, helpful and polite. Brandi, in particular, is a real gem! She's gone out of her way many times to help me find different items, and is very knowledgeable about her products. Great store overall!

I often come into the store to browse for sales. Last weekend Brandy helped me with my sectional couch purchase and she was so dedicated and delightful. She supported me with all I needed! Always super friendly and kind.

Highly recommended if you are into Costco returned products. They have crazy sales sometimes - highly recommend to sign up on their email alert as deeper discounts gets notified through the email.

A costco patio cost $240 when its being sold as a returned product for $80! Definitely have to be lucky to get some deep discounts of some things before other customers take them!

So glad I found this store! Love the display of clothing and all the discounted Costco food. The staff here are also very friendly. I really like Tia her customer service is outstanding! She is bubbly and always has a smile on her face . I will continue to come here weekly.

I love this location and this store. Not only are there great deals, but the staff are so awesome. There are a couple of great cashiers that really understand what customer service is. I love shopping here and avoiding Costco shopping all together.
