Very good store with variety of high quality products. Staff is very polite and helpful. No problem with return of any product

I went to the electronic department and I was helped by a young man named Ryan. I cannot believe how patient he was with me and he put in an incredible amount of effort to help me with my new phone. On many occasions I have witnessed him be the exact same way with several other customers. It’s seems as if everyone that walked by knew him by name because of how helpful he has been with them. He is such a wonderful person. Thank you SO much for your help Ryan!

I prefer to shop at this Walmart over others. They are consistent with rotating produce, and groceries. They have lots of great deals, especially on their Walmart branded foods.
They also- more so in particular- have a few wonderful staff, that have been around for a while which is nice. Rachel, Imran and June. I have seen they over the years and they are consistently friendly, efficient and helpful!
Im always so glad when I see one of them working.

Incredibly wide variety of products on offer. Staff members are keen to help. Products are decently priced. If you don't opt for self checkout, you will queue up for a while.

At the Calgary Walmart Superstore you can find anything you need from groceries to household items to even registering some. I love going to Walmart to spend lots of time in there and you always end up with more than you need. I will continue to shop at Walmart and find all my grocery and household items for less than where you find it anywhere else.

I can get anything that I asked for delivered or going to the store. Very simple and easy to browse through the website and isles and excellent customer service 👏🏽👏🏽Well Done

By far the best Walmart in entire British Columbia. Good collection of shoes, grocery and clothes. Men's clothing collection needs improvement as it is only confined to a small portion as compared to huge women's collection. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Given the location and the large number of customers due to being next to the mall, the store has a lot of visitors. However, it is still well organized and is running smoothly, thanks to the hard working staff and management. Thanks!

Just wanted to share our wonderful experience at Walmart Austin avenue store today. We could not find the product that we liked online and Mr. David from the electronics department came to our rescue. He was so nice and helped us find our product and also offered to bring it to our car. Thank you so much David you were so humble and your support was exceptional. Thank you Walmart for this amazing experience.

Walmart is always so so but tonight we were helped out at customer service by a super lovely, cheerful associate (Natalie). She made me glad I shopped at Walmart. I just wanted to give her a shout out for being friendly in retail (with difficult customers, it’s often hard to be positive). Great experience. I hope Walmart works to keep more employees like her.

Produce not always that good but good selection

I'm editing my previous review. I went shopping there today for a few items, and the employees were awesome. One of the best Walmart experiences I've ever had.

Our cashier was probably the best that I have ever experienced at a store. You would think she was packing her own purchases. Ensured that tomatoes were not getting crushed, and soft items were on top and cans on the bottom. I am a senior, first time in my life that a cashier has done that. I know you know who she is past on that I very much appreciate her dedication to her job. Keith

I'm a regular Walmart shopper in the US, so when I came to Calgary to visit friends, we all came to this nearby Walmart to pick up odds and ends plus some food items. I got separated from my friends, and when I went to check out, there was a person directing customers to the shortest checkout line. While waiting, I told that person I was from California and asked if they charge for bags there. She directed me to the best checkout line and then ran up and told the clerk not to charge me for bags. Just a few cents but a really nice gesture.

I needed to rejoin my friends, one of whom is disabled in a power chair. It was about -15 out so I didn't want to cause any delays. So after looking around outside, I went back in the store and asked the greeter if he'd seen a person in a power chair go by. He said it would be OK to re-enter the store with my two bags since I had a receipt. When I asked another associate inside the store, he insisted that I should get a cart to carry my bags around while searching. I didn't do that but pretty quickly found my friends.

Dunno if it's just everyday "Canadian nice" or great internal Walmart customer relations management, but I was impressed with the associate attitude at this store and told my friends.

Love this Walmart. Been looking for a certain pair of pants my size for a couple months. This Walmart has lots so bought 3 pairs. They have a really big selection and variety of clothing to choose from compared to others. Will continue to just go to this location.
