Absolutely phenomenal work. They communicated well during the whole interaction throughout multiple days, left the place cleaner than when they came, were very lovely and kind to work with, and were willing to answer any additional questions we had. Would recommend to anyone looking for roof work, especially like the repair I had done on my house.

Needed a repair of a couple of damaged shingles. Not an emergency but concerning just the same. Phoned at 9:00 and repair completed by noon. Great service. Very reassuring.

Unsafe practices and not following Worksafe BC rules.

Propane tanks were onsite unsecured for three days. One tank was not labelled. And lacked a required "No Smoking" sign.

Smoking while using propane and near tanks.

Using torch aimed towards people walking past a short distance away.

I wouldn't recommend them at all. I've checked with other roofers. And it IS NOT standard procedure to make a drain hole and leave it to drain into clients homes. They've carelessly destroyed patio furniture. For me and MULTIPLE other tenants.and they're only 1/2 way through their job. I'm terrified of what's to come. I will post pictures to follow.
