This is the best Sephora location!! Every employee I've interacted with is super helpful and lovely. There's always plenty of beauty advisors around when you need assistance and they are very knowledgeable on the products. They always keep the store super clean and stocked up! I leave happy everytime! 🤗

Was our first time stepping in the store and Olivia Adam helped answered all my questions with product knowledge plus suggestions. Super friendly aswell. She definitely made the experience fun and easy.

Love this new Sephora at millstream village! Well stocked, not crowded and always someone to help you ( and they give sample with purchase) I don’t understand the negative comments! The other Sephora you have trouble getting help, and the store is a mess. lol

This is the best Sephora I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to many throughout North America. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Grace who is absolutely lovely and was so helpful when I was in shopping for my Charlotte Tilbury products. Just a fantastic place for a makeup enthusiast to explore and discover new makeup in a calmer, less busy location. Definitely worth the drive out to Langford/Millstream instead of going to the one in Mayfair mall.

everyone at this store is so nice and attentive and it’s always really clean. they also have way more stock than the one at mayfair!

This location has excellent customer service! I had an phenomenal consultant called Grace who paid attention to my concerns and questions and helped me find some amazing products! This location had excellent stock and I would highly recommend this Sephora over the other one!
