Take in a work truck for servicing pretty regularly and always have quick friendly service. They have a shuttle that will take you home or back to work while your vehicle is being serviced. The shuttle will also come pick you up when you're ready to get your vehicle. Overall great experience when I've gone here!

Bought a Bolt EUV last week and it was a really good experience. Our salesman, Austin, was very knowledgeable and helpful. Tony in finance was quick and thorough and I didn't feel pressured. Both were honest and great to deal with. Loving my new car and looking forward to seeing the new Equinox EV being rolled out in the near future.

Connie was an excellent salesperson who went the extra mile to assist me in choosing an electric vehicle. She even helped in applying for the "green" rebates because I did not have a cell phone.

This is my first time to maintain the car in Jenner Chevrolet. I had an excellent experience in here. They not only offer the shuttle service, but also you can stay the waiting room, drinking coffee and use the free iPad. I had an awesome customer service fro Willi. He is a very professional and friendly. He took the time to explain everything that was being done in a way and my car was back to me super quick. He gave me a rational suggestion and detailed explanation for the next schedule before I left.

So far my experience at Jenner has been excellent. My first experience with Justin was informative, and at no point did I feel pressured to buy at that time, which was great, I wasn't ready to yet. I came back today to find out how long I would have before the Scrap-It vouchers ran out, and weather or not I'd be able to make a purchase before then. Thankfully things so far have worked out, and it looks like my first Brand New Car will come from Jenner!

Brad was also super helpful and efficient when checking for approval for financing, and made the process simple.

For anyone looking for a more relaxed and friendly sales atmosphere, and great customer service from a Dealership that puts its customers first, I definitely recommend Jenner. If you're in need of service for your vehicle, or have a question, their staff are more than happy to assist you. When my parents came to town to visit, they were having trouble with the key fob for their Sonic. Their first stop was Wheaten Chevrolet, who told them they would need to book an appointment to sort the issue out. When they went to Jenner, the first person they spoke to took the fob and used their diagnostic tool, and fixed the problem (The battery was in backwards) without any hassle.

Overall this is the best experience you can get when going to a dealership!

I recieved impeccable service from Connie when purchasing my 2018 GMC Terrain 3 months ago. She was very informative and was not pushy in purchasing the vehicle at all. I have met many sales personnel and the majority push what they can on you. So this was a nice change. She was very patient with us in making sure he had what we needed, especially when wanting to trade in our older SUV as well. Being upfront is a good quality, and that is what she had.

Another great person I dealt with was Kyle from the service department. Some vehicles have some kind of weird adjustments that need doing when they are brand new and he took care of those very quickly. He was also informative and honest with me on what needed to be done on the vehicle and didn't waste any of my time. His customer service was also amazing! Thanks Kyle!

I bought a 2019 Chevrolet Spark from Jenner mid August. I love my car. One of Jenner's sales staff, Adam, helped me from start to finish and was a pleasure to work with. (He is very patient as well) Everyone at Jenner from the reception staff, the financial staff fellow and the insurance person who helped me after the sale were wonderful. We had just recently purchased a vehicle from another dealership, but Jenner was close by when an issue came up that needed attention. We pulled in and was greeted immediately by Kyle B. in service with a smile.
Without hesitation he gave us options on how they can support and fix the problem for us (even though they were fully booked). All is fixed! We are very impressed with Kyle's communication, professionalism and kindness.

Received excellent customer service from Willi at the service shop. I recently found out that my vehicle had a wicked oil leak and Willi helped me sort everything out. He was very honest and his communication about all of the maintenance that needed to be done to my vehicle made me feel as ease. I feel releif in knowing that my family vehicle will be left in the good hands of the Jenner Chevrolet team each time it is in need of servicing. The waiting area is comfortable with the coffee machine, I pads and comfortable seating & the Jenner Chevrolet service area gave me reasonable time frames each time (twice this month) for when my vehicle would be ready.

Only the second time I had to take my well-running car into the dealer but, like last time, it was a pleasant experience. Elizabeth, who took my car in and settled my bill, was a joy to interact with and seemed to enjoy her job.
My only quibble with the visit was there was no one cleaning cars nor was a coupon for a car wash offered, like my last visit. Also, my service coupon did not appear on the bill though I was assured the discount was applied.
Still, an enjoyable place to pass an hour while waiting for service. An airy showroom allows for social distancing without a problem. You could also walk the yard and check out the stock on hand.
I look forward to returning should I require dealer service again.

Recently my truck required warranty service, when I called the Jenner Service Department the consultant who answered the call was polite and thorough, after she had recorded the particulars and made sure I was fine with the time and an appointment was set up. I arrived and Willi B. greeted me and confirmed all of the particulars, he arranged transportation back home. He called and kept me up to date, explaining exactly what needed to be done and when the work would be complete. Whether it was a general service, warranty work or simply a question about the car, Jenner Service has been excellent when taking care of my GM vehicles, completing the work on time, done right with minimum interruption to my schedule. We all know things can break, but it is comforting to know that you have somewhere to take your vehicle for quality servicing in or out of warranty, IMHO an easy recommendation to make.

Always a pleasure! Vehicle maintenance is done quickly, and everyone is very nice. We traded our truck in as we moved to the city and got a terrain. It's been a great vehicle, no major issues and the minor issues it's had have been covered, replaced and I'm on my way. I walk dogs and they helped set me up with the perfect vehicle for my job. 5/5! My truck was in for service and I was greeted by Jamie-Leigh immediately. She looked after all my concerns upon arrival and arranged a shuttle for my Nephew and I to get home. My shuttle driver was Sheila and she was very friendly and knowledgable. Communication was great and professional. Both employees are 5 star as far as Im concerned.
