Everyone who works at this postal outlet, including Chinese-Canadian staff, DO know what they are doing - and they do it efficiently and politely. Perhaps a few of the reviewers are not so polite.

This location is inside the Pharmasave at the back left side as you're walking in.
They are fast, friendly, knowledgeable and have always had everything that I've needed.

Had to get envelopes one time, who knew there were so many options?

Arrived 10mins before closing time and waited patiently until the customer before me finished her transaction, only to be told when I finally got to the counter at 6:45 that they were closed and would not cater to myself or the other older lady who was waiting. Very unprofessional and distasteful service, going forward I’ll be going to a different outlet.

So frustrating they close randomly early all the time. Today the girl had already done her cash out 45 minutes before they closed. This is a regular occurrence. If you say you are open until 5 you should be open until 5.

Horrible experience. Won’t let you pick up a package 15 minutes prior to closing because “computer needs 15 minutes to shut down”.
