What a great place to shop. Friendly service. Very clean, animals and fish are well taken care of. Myrissa that works in the fish dept. What a great girl. Such a good worker. Always friendly. Don't know where the nasty remarks came from, looks like a disgruntled x employee to me. Oh yes it says they worked there. Funny how that works.
As for Petland, Good job everybody! I will be back.

Love this store!Staff are friendly and helpful..My granddaughters love visiting and petting the animals and looking at the fish..They are very inquisitive and they love that the staff takes the time to chat with them and answer their questions..

Huge shout out to the assistant manager for helping me yesterday with my goldfish, I had came in wanting to see what I could add to my goldfish tank. The young girl in fish paged the assistant manager and said she was the goldfish expert and could help. She taught me so much about goldfish that I didn't know and good tips on what to do. She definitely saved me from adding guppies in with my goldfish. Appreciated the tips and service!! I have always loved this store every time I make it into Grande Prairie

Every weekend I visit with my daughter to enjoy the service and selection of animals. The closest thing to a zoo we have in town.

Highly recommended, if you are looking for a new pets, fish or anything for your pets and very kind and friendly staff.

Establishment is tidy and clean. Employees are friendly. Always have full shelfs.

Great service. The people.on the fish area always ready to answer the questions to their best knowledge. Get great deals for fish. My only complaint would be their plants are expensive compared to PetSmart. Fish yes, plants no. They also have some cute birds, ferrats and an adorable grey cat.

I received a puppy from here. She is an amazing little dog. Healthy and sweet.

Love the critters and the staff. I got what i needed and learned i few things for my hermit crabs, I was there when Sarah Denis was being a complete karen in the store. Heard her yelling and just sluring karen things. Even made a mess apparently with some dog food for the staff to clean up. Seems like an adult snowflake to me. I'd advise not to take her karen words keep you away from the store. I give 5 stars

Never had a bad experience here. I pretty much only go there for fish needs but the fish guy is super knowledgeable and helpful. Staff are always kind and everything I need is there.

Exceptional experience!
I was unsure of my product selection, however, the manager noticed my internal debate and kindly approached me offering the pros and cons of each item.
She was very knowledgeable, which allowed me to choose the best product for my needs in a timely manner.
I don’t often write reviews, but I also don’t often receive superb client service like this.

Staff member Liv was absolutely spectacular. Super knowledgeable throughout the whole store and just an absolute gem to deal with. She made my petland experience so wonderful.

I was in the store recently, and I was very impressed by the positive energy from the staff during these difficult times! The store looked amazing and the staff were very helpful and still respectful of the 6 Foot distance. The store manager has really taken this store to a new level by the amazing staff she has put together, what a great group of people! It was refreshing to see and I truly enjoy going there now! There's a young lady in the fish and reptile department that absolutely blows me away. She's super friendly and knowledgeable. She also asks questions to anyone who has more knowledge then her. And to top it off she's not afraid to call out a customer that is mistreating petland animals. Perfect example is when a customer lifted a rabbit by its ears, she was the first one to make the adult stop and dealt with it in a much more professional manner than I would have. Shes the reason I bring my business there. Laura cruickshank is an amazing worker and any pet store would be lucky to have someone care the way she does.

A well stocked and great place to shop! I ONLY get my pet food here. Great selection and prices with helpful staff. Tammy the store manager is a gem and always there to help! Discounts with the membership. Local products. Wonderful animals. I won't go anywhere else - best pet store in GP!
