Harvey Norman Moonah

Had purchased a sound bar nearly 3 years ago, it lost power in the sub woofer and would not connect through the HDMI cable. I had an extended warranty and was immediately treated as a valued customer with my issue dealt with immediately even though I had misplaced the receipts. Harvey Norman had kept accurate records which enabled them to process matters quickly. A special shout out to Ash who went over and above to deal with my issue.

Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Good prices and a better range of products than is available on the mainland. A shout out to Atu, the young salesman who took the time to explain and walk through hidden product features and ways to connect accessories. Worth a visit.

The first time I went there. They have really good collections of appliances. I bought Z150 Stereo for just $19, which is amazing. Front staffs were nice and friendly.

Wanted to buy nespresso coffee machine,was only the display model left,which I was happy to take,after paying for it I waited around 30 mins or so for them to pack it up,they couldn't find the box,told them to refund money,not good enough harvey norman.

We had the pleasure of being assisted by a gentlemen named Mark. I think we were the most fussiest, indecisive customers he had today, when choosing a TV yet he was ever so calm, friendly, polite, and a respectable man. He wasn’t pushy for a sale but helped us to the best he could and would give us time to decide what was best for us. Thank you Mark for your outstanding service today that made us come back to the store to look for you and complete the sale. Highest commendations to him!!

I wanted a new TV. We left with a toaster . At least I can eat toast whilst watching kids shows with my son while knowing that one day I'll be able to watch football again . Then again the way the Swans are going probably better off with Pokemon journeys.

If you have never been to a Harvey Norman then you must go. They have a huge amount of stuff. If you do not like big stores with big store systems then do not go. They do give you choices, variety and big store services and guarantees.

As a technology challenged person, I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Robyn at the photo centre in your store. She has patience , humour and no question was a bother.
It is absolutely amazing to find someone today with customer service at this level.

Great big store with very helpful staff! There are some current constraints with stock due to covid, but that is the same everywhere and hopefully it will improve in the near future.

We had an especially good experience with Belinda who was so patient with all our questions and offered great advice. She was very accommodating and made our purchase of new white goods an extremely pleasant experience. Thank you so much and we will be visiting this particular store again for everything we might need.

Always ask "what's your best price" on anything of value. Always had great service and picked up quite a few bargains here.
