Chris was an absolute legend today (around 3pm)! He was stocking the store and was super friendly and helpful as soon as we walked in, somebody give this guy a raise!

I have recently shopped at this store as I needed too, I stopped shopping there a year ago as a male member was creepy. I was so pleasantly surprised to have a staff member Olivia help me with my purcahses. She was informative, friendly and very up to date with wine varieties. I will only purchase my wine from her from now. Yes I have asked her for her rostered days on.

I have been going to this store for years and never ever had a bad experience. The guys there are absolutely amazing. Liquorland should think themselves extremely lucky to have them.

Had a pretty poor experience today. I'm sure Donna is great at dealing with the alcoholics lining up at 9am however when it comes to a more discerning customer she has no idea. She is abrasive, dismissive and has no idea how to deal with anyone who is purchaing anything more than bargin basement six packs and $5 wine. Some serious training required.

I was just accused of trying to buy alcohol for my fourteen year old daughter when I went to buy alcohol. The weird guy, Paul, apparently detected 'intent to supply' as I relayed a text message to her from her mum's friend. Fool has been serving me over the years, daughter in tow. So my daughter is upset thinking she looks dodgy because of his suspicion. Idiot

Your staff member by the name of Jacob is extremely rude - not a single acknowledgement or hello, just a grunt when it’s time to pay. Other staff aren’t much better it seems to be a very negative environment every time I go. There are plenty of other people needing work if you don’t want to be there mate

Had terrible service from this man on Christmas Eve, seemed like he didn't want to be working at all. He was rude to myself and my mother, very disgusted won't be coming back to this store anytime soon!

Turned up at 8:45pm on a Saturday and there were closed despite displaying that their opening hours were up to 9pm
