Total Tools Burleigh Waters

I'd like to share my experience with Total Tools in Burleigh. As I entered the store, I was met by a gentlemen named Damien who welcomed to the store and offered his assistance. He was so helpful and supportive with my purchase, and provided some amazing feedback based on what I needed to get my jobs done. I will 100% be back whenever I need tools in the future, all thanks to this amazing bloke. Thanks Damo, for sharing your knowledge and experience with me, and helping me choose the right tools for the job. Legend.

Awesome service, Dave and Lachlan went over and above to help me out with a trailer hitch issue I was having on the morning of a camping trip. They didn't just try selling me stuff, they were focused on helping me solve my problem. Thanks guys!

My partner and I came in and was served by Shane. We would just like to commend him on his fantastic customer service. In our experience, this level of service is hard to come by and it was truly a pleasure dealing with him this morning. He had time to help my partner decide what he wanted and make sure he got the best deal. This experience alone would make us shop at this store again over the other tool stores.

Purchased a petrol pressure washer, ended up purchasing a different machine than the one I had picked out (based on the advice i received from the shop), and it was the best decision. Awesome piece of equipment and was delivered overnight to my home. Couldn't fault this business, especially if you're a novice like me and need a bit of help with your purchase.

This review was going to go down a whole entirely different route after some not so good service from the tool manufacturer/total tools however, Jake from Total Tools Burleigh Waters has kept a long time

If it wasn’t for his exceptional service and help I would have taken my business elsewhere. I’m not here to point the finger and it may have been entirely on the tool manufacturer creating the problem, however Jake sorted it all out and then went above and beyond.

I have had good experiences with the service at TT at Burleigh, Jason is very friendly and helps me out when I visit and find what I need straight away! no problems. Azra, online team for burleigh has also been super helpful to me!
I had trouble a while back with getting one of my vouchers to work that a received from a promotion. I tried calling the online support and had issues trying to get my problem solved.. So I tried to come instore to fix my problem and Azra was able to assist me to get my voucher to work. I was relieved to get everything sorted out.

Great range of quality tools at really good prices. The staff were really helpful without being pushy. We liked their range of Mechanics tools - not just builders tools - compared to a lot of the other tool places around locally.

I always seem to have the good luck of finding the right person for the advice and the tool that I need it seems to have alot of good quality products in this store.

Cory from Total Tools at Burleigh was super helpful and extremely friendly. He assisted me with removing some LED lights from my vehicle and did so with a friendly smile and excellent customer service. I would highly recommend him and Total Tools.
