This Rebel is awesome it has a good range of stock unlike the Robina store. Bought my kids footy boots with the help of a team member who was extremely helpful.

Best service in any Rebel store I've been to. My daughters feet are hard to find shoes for. But the shopkeeper was patient and very helpful. Made the shopping so much easier.

Service was amazing yesterday. Thank you to the team, the took my clothes etc off me and took them to the front counter as they could see I was struggling and then when I went to the front Counter the Lady was just awesome to chat with.

I’m not sure of the young girls name who helped me source and purchase a product that the store did not have in stock but her service was exceptional. Was smiling friendly and could not have been more helpful. Saturday morning 22/7.

I was recommended soccer boots at the Robina store, I tried them on in the garden and they just didn't feel good at all. Came to Burleigh and a very kind employee and manager were able to sort me out and point me in the right direction for a new pair. I have know been playing in the ASICS Menace boots for a while now and love them.

I was served by a true blue Aussie named Jack Mason, he's obviously a young talent and a top notch bloke. He provided me with quality customer service, always polite and patient while dealing with my old sense of humour. We exchanged stories of chasing down bush tucker in the outskirts of Alice Springs, all while looking for a new pair of thongs to suit my outback living.

The staff who assisted me on Saturday was very helpful and offcourse thanks to the manager who acknowledged to perform best customer service. Keep up the good job team.
