Excellent plant area, loads of range and experienced gardeners were helping me openly and honestly with their options and recommended us the right places to go with oversized pots & saucers.
Such a wonderful service and team that genuinely help their customers.

Great range of products and great friendly service, I've been to a few bunnings on the GC but this one is has the best service and everything your looking for. Look out for Trent in the trade area as he is always willing to help load up the ute and always so friendly whilst making the pick up process quick and easy.

You had people after people approaching you for help and you gave every single person wonderful service, including myself! You honestly don’t get service like that these days. So I hope Brett’s manager sees this review and shows him some appreciation.

Carpark, mostly undercover and also has drive through to pick up for timber etc.
Large building as the usual Bunnings stores are, with stairs, escalators and large size elevators to cater for large items and trolleys etc.
There is also a large plant nursery located at one end of the building with a good selection of items associated with gardens and outdoor furnishings.
Very clean and isles are clearly marked.
I found staff at this Bunnings helpful and friendly.

I have been shopping here for years and mostly disappointed when i have to try find help. Staff members are challengingto find. However,
this morning I was pleasantly surprised. Debbie "the plumbing specialist" greeted me with a friendly, welcoming "good morning " as I entered the plumbing aisle whilst mumbling to myself that I was silly forgetting my tape measure. She then disappeared before I could ask for help. I thought to myself, "hmmm! Typical staff here". Well, how wrong was I. She popped up a second later with a paper tape measure for me and asking if I'd needed any help. And yes, she knows her stuff. Advised me on the exact fitting and pipes etc. Explaining how everything goes together. A huge thank you to you, Debbie and congratulations on the best customer service I've experienced at Bunnings Burleigh Waters ever 💐

Had the best salesman last night in the timber section at Burleigh. His name is Ben and he went above and beyond to help me. Nothing was too much trouble. I had not received the same treatment at the Nerang store and nearly gave up. I will only go to Burleigh now and hope Ben is on duty. A big thank you.

Great large store. Had everything we needed, and staff bent over backwards to help. Sasuage sizzle was A+ too 😂

Love this Bunnings! Lots of fun to have a look and buy plants and seedlings. Good customer service. Plenty of car park spaces under cover, easy shopping.

A HUGE THANK U to Brendan at Bunnings Burleigh. I think he might be store mgr?? Ive had 6 major surgeries (2 hip & 4 spinal) & about to have another spinal in 2 wks. Staff at store know me as a regular customer. I went there this arvo as I needed a more comfortable balcony chair & 2 sml plants. I went to delivery counter but their internet was down. So Brendan went out of his way after hrs & a long busy day & delivered them for me in his own car, in the dark &; rain! I cant carry anything & have 3 flights stairs in my bldg. He didnt charge me anything! Im on a pension. He then drove home in the dark & rain, in heavy traffic to other end of the Gold Coast. This is WHY I ALWAYS shop at Bunnings Burleigh! Best on the GC! Exceptional, caring, decent, friendly staff! Thanks Brendan. Ive had a particularly dreadful past few minths. Your kindness meant much more than you will ever know! Gail xx

Always easy to find what you want, sometimes difficult to find a member of staff that can help you. Great place.

This review is long overdue. Debbie in plumbing section is awesome! On several occasions now she’s helped me with various plumbing challenges (drains, hoses, toilet accessories, etc.). She really knows her stuff and seems to be able to visualise the issue’s and selects the current item. WELL DONE AND THANK YOU, DEBBIE!

Service delivery 🚚 in the rain and my item was compacted safely and covered sufficiently. My apologies for making the gentleman (delivery) waited for 10 minutes for the gates to open, I am so sorry and I was so apologetic to him. He had no issues, no dramas but willingly waited for me and delivered my item with quality service!!!! So happy with the outcome and he’s so awesome and kind (other deliveries wouldn’t of waited and just left in a minute!!!) and would love to leave 100 stars if I could for the outstanding quality service and in the pouring rain too ……

Today i paid a visit to the timber yard at this Bunnings, and to say that i was thrilled with the customer service, would be an understatement.
Bill was the nicest man i think i have ever encountered. He was very helpful and loaded it all into the car for us. He helped with everything, 10/10 .
Bill's customer service skills, were outstanding, along with his positive attitude. Can't get over how helpful he was. I will be coming back here again soon.

Friendly staff, good sausage sizzle

What's not to like about Bunnings? I don't think it matters who you are, everyone enjoys a stroll through the isles am I right? Burleigh Waters is a great store, especially the plant section. The staff seem happy with what they are doing and provide mostly friendly and informative service. I recommend this store to one and all!
