A really good store to visit for all your safety equipment needs and especially clothing for your business. We changed all our work gear to Eleven brand and could not be happier. And we have everything embroidered through this store. Michelle in the embroidery department is brilliant I can’t recommend her highly enough she has sorted out logos on all our clothing.

All trainees working in the shop do not know how to use the system to refund untrained unprofessional bad management no store mangers on site still chasing to get refunds for good returned over 2 months and every time I check they say still working on it and case is in the account team processing saying I should get my money next week and still no money refunded as yet trying to call them no one answer the phone …. Never ever buy anything from them again

Three staff working there. Not one acknowledged my presence in the store. One even walked a metre behind me, not a word. Too busy at the front counter talking about their kids or grandkids. Never again will I waste my time.
