This is a clearance shop definitely worth visiting. A huge selection of fashionable clothing at greatly reduced prices. Good place to pick up something for a special occasion. City chic clothes always quality fabric and construction. Love it!

Cannot praise enough the amazing staff at City Chic Eastern Creek. I have been going there for years now as the clothes are fantastic but the staff are what make my shopping experience memorable. I want to acknowledge especially Bec and Manni for always going above and beyond. It’s obvious that they’re a tight knit team that bounce well off each other and really care for their customers. They spend time and effort generating genuine connections and it’s that connection that draws me back every time. I have taken the time to write to you because I have witnessed how hard these ladies work alongside their whole team. They are a massive asset to your company and deserve the acknowledgement as well as a raise!

One stop shop for us solid women, great prices and every time I've been there have been assisted by very friendly staff. Definitely recommend, the place is huge!

Service is good, prices are great and it's a nice opportunity to get some city chic shoes that are often only ever online purchases. Lots to choose from and colour organised.

I have been here quite a few times now and love it every time. The girls are just so lovely and so helpful. Last trip bought over a thousand dollars worth of clothes for just $130 and got a free pair of shoes. Winning ❤❤❤

This was one of the best shopping experiences I've had in a very long time! I needed a last minute outfit for my year 12 formal and the retail assistants there were beyond helpful! They helped look for the items I wanted over the phone the day before I went, the day of they helped find and pick out a shirt to go with my suit, sadly there was a blackout just as I was purchasing my items but they kept them safe for me to come back the next day and pick them up! I highly recommend this outlet

My first time shopping at this particular City Chic store and the staff are wonderful, bought a last minute dress for my cousin’s wedding and they were hands on in suggestions and even got me a dress that I had close in mind, Also they do have a variety of colour/style selection of different clothing to choose from.

For someone that hates shopping for clothes this place has changed my view! A credit to the team for their amazing customer service and not to mention their timely efforts with organising a beautiful store! I have visited twice in two wks and have spent a small fortune and loved every minute. The excitement I feel when entering this store! And the added bonus getting beautiful clothes at an affordable price. I will be back.

The staff are absolutely phenomenal, soooo helpful and friendly. You need to have time to go to this store because you will need take your time going through the shelves. The store is big and the bargains are endless. I returned an online order and then picked up a huge bag of items and I still got $142 back! I was gobsmacked. Shoutout to the lovely ladies, you guys made the trek out from Bankstown so totally worth it and I will defs be visiting again in the future even though Bass Hill will have a clearance store and is closer.

You simply can not complain about this store, the prices and staff are amazing!

The only downside is the racks are very full and it can be hard to find sizes. As it is clearance clothing it can just be a single item and not your size you miss out.

The just swapped over with the Bonds store and now much larger.

I normally go to the Minto store but the staff have changed and wasn't too happy with their customer service lately.. I'm so glad I found this store as the staff here are amazing and there is a whole lot more than the other store. Not sure why people complain about racks being crowded, as it's great to see so many different styles and sizes for everyone.
