Officeworks Eastern Creek

Ordered 6 A5 perspex display stands using their 2 hour Click & Collect. Received an SMS after 20 minutes informing me my order was ready to be picked up. Great service. Staff were friendly and polite on pick up.

My best experience with Officeworks is at Eastern Creek. Went in to do some online printing which my files were unsupported. The staffs were VERY helpful and helped me without a fuss.
SPECIAL THANKS TO "Ms Anna” who helped me with a smile, very knowledgeable and professional.
Not to forget Mr Sahan who helped me with my IPhone issues and stationery needs professionally.
I believe the manager must be a very capable leader and a great asset to the establishment.

Love this store, always very clean and organised.
Recently had to do an online photo order and needed it done quickly, the website was giving me a 3 day turnaround so I called and Christy was super lovely and facilitated getting that order prioritised and it was literally done in like 1.5 hours.

I have been to the print and create sections quite a number of times now in the new location and the old. The staff were always courteous and helpful. I need to commend the staff who served me on Saturday though. Russell, went over and beyond what I expected in help. He took time to guide me through the self serve function to get my printing done in record time and served other customers at the same time without making me feel ignored by paying attention to when I needed assistance. I am a very happy customer.

First time I went there to a synchronised office work. It is absolutely an amazing store. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The store is so much bigger. I can't like to go back there for all my office supplies

Couldn't find a memory stick full with sensitive personal documents. Then i remembered i used it to print at Officeworks about a month before. I went back and found it. A young lady came with a box full with these from customers. I was so pleased with their attitude of keeping them just in case.

Paula from ECQ Print & Copy went absolutely above and beyond yesterday! My company is attending an expo today and tomorrow and realised my division didn't have our brochures printed previously. I rang Paula and sent her the PDF and exactly what I wanted, job was done within a few hours and ready to collect. Not to mention when I got there to collect, Paula was just absolutely lovely and provided amazing customer service in store also. THANK YOU again Paula for your brilliant and efficient service.

I called this morning looking for an iPhone 14 Plus as most stores on our area are out of stock. They not only had one in stock, they put it on hold for me so that no one could purchase it while I was driving over. Thanks Jess for your help on the phone and for putting the phone on hold for me!

Young female worker was very helpful in explaining the difference between a normal laptop and chromebook. She had excellent customer service!! I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. I think her name was Becca

Just had a wonderful experience at this officeworks. I used the print and create service and the lady was so professional and helpful. She really knew her stuff and was so helpful. After a massive mistake from Epson, the staff at Officeworks went out of their way to help fix the situation. I have rarely seen such amazing customer service.

Not only great stuff for work I found some awesome art kits and other hobbies that I didn't expect
