Doesn't matter when you walk in or what you are looking for the staff have the best customer service attitude. Always willing and wanting to help and if they can't give you the right answer they find a colleague that can. Brilliant service and a credit to the people who work there and the management. A workplace I would love to work in but importantly love to shop in. Cheers

The staff here are SO helpful. Ash and Chloe answered all our newbie questions, searched for bundles and deals to make what we had already decided to buy even cheaper. They got us trolleys and loaded all our purchases. A random staff member just passing by told us about a deal on something else we were looking at. The shop was very busy due to the sale that was on but there were heaps of staff and they gave us their full attention. Very impressed.

We went in to buy a portable car fridge freezer and while at the store we took part in a free raffle the they were running that weekend. I was super excited when my number got drawn out, then I had to pick a prize out of a lucky dip. I was even more excited when I'd picked out a rooftop tent!! I opted to pick it up the next weekend and the staff were great and made it all very easy. Great prices in store and helpful staff. Thanks guys 👍

Thank yo so much, Phillip and Mitch. You are awesome, I had to pick an order up for which I traveled for 2 hs. I arrived 5 minutes late, they store was closed, and they still opened the door for me and gave me the items.

Visited the Eastern Creek store to seek advice on a new battery/solar set up for my campervan. I was served by Marcos who was super friendly and even more helpful. He suggested a few options, ran through them all thoroughly and I walked away with everything I needed as well as the reassurance it was the best option. Marcos’ friendly nature and attitude in general really made my day, thank you!

Great service, staff are always friendly and helpful.

They seem a bit overwhelmed during peak times such as Christmas so the lines can get quite long. Could maybe do with more staff.

Some of the systems also seem a bit slow and unrefined. Have spent 20 minutes purely getting a return processed. They'd probably be able to make queues shorter by optimising their systems.

Looked abit dodgey but they delivered the item as purchashed everything arrived on time. They took over kings, so dont let their website fool you, these guys are legit!

Every time I’ve been in one of the 4WD Supacentres of recent, I have had nothing but a pleasurable experience.
On this last occasion, I mentioned I was a bit perturbed after spending in the other stores, that the products were heavily discounted. The sales team then assisted me with processing a store credit for the difference…

Went to buy a rooftop tent and awning. We received very sound advice and Chloe, the colleague helping us, was very focussed on saving us money by pointing out offers associated with the products we needed. One example was that if you bought two of an item it was cheaper than buying one😮. Cannot recommend them more highly and will certainly be back ourselves even with the 2 hour round trip.

Came into the shop to use afterpay on a winch. My phone never works in store (new area) Cristina went above and beyond to make sure I left with the winch even after seeing my phone wasn't going to allow me to make a payment. She has seen my account with them and knew I wasn't leaving till I got it. I took the risk and she followed through with her promise and deleted it off her phone after I was completed! A dedicated staff member like herself needs lots and lots of praise by higher in the store! She made my day alot easier by saving me a couple hours of running around! How awesome is she (if you read this I'm forever grateful and sorry it took me over 2 weeks to leave this review I promised her I'd do it straight away) I'm sorry 😞! Please if the manager sees this pls show her

Good shop to visit for camping and a number of 4WD needs.
Great staff who are willing to assist without the hard sell approach.
Plenty of parking.
If you saw a special online, download it or save a screen shot before you arrive because mobile phone coverage is very poor.
Highly recommended shop.

Great staff all round from my experiences, but today Marcos was an absolute standout. He was just so welcoming the moment I walked in and very helpful when I called upon his assistance.
Marcos absolutely understands what good customer service is all about.
Please ensure his efforts are recognised.

Very friendly and helpful guys- was here a few times as I needed to prepare a lot for my roadtrip. For every problem I had, they tried to find a solution and never got bothered by my hundreds of questions or my limited language skills

Don't listen to the 1 star reviews. I went into the store 40 minutes before closing today and walked out with just under $4k worth of gear.

I can't even express how happy I am with the customer service, helpfulness, sense of humour, prices and just my general experience as a whole. Amazing staff, and amazingly helpful with absolutely everything.

Some of the staff even stayed back for OT just to finish helping me buy what I wanted.

Will definitely be going back for additional things in future.

Staff are great, and very helpful, there are always cheaper prices in store rather than online, and the staff will go out of their way to make sure you get the best and cheapest deal. Such legends and down to have a laugh, and enjoy themselves at work which makes it such a nice environment to shop. The only downside is absolutely no reception inside so transfer your money before hand (if you need to)

Shopped in Kings, nearly bought everything I needed, store was busy and stock levels low because of the boxing day sales.
Then went over to Anaconda and picked up a couple of items.

Jaz at Eastern Creek was incredible. She helped me get the right 12v setup for an amazing price. Jaz was helpful, knowledgeable and so nice. I'm super stoked and will def be going back.

One stop shop for a great value and wide range of options for outdoor activities... Camping, 4WD adventures etc. Can be a busy place but staff are always happy to help and assist. Plenty of parking and other essential shops close by.
Daily store and online sales available.

The staff members I dealt with were absolutely fantastic. Very helpful. Great to see customer service still exists in some companies. Thanks guys, your awesome
