Located inside Eastern creek shopping centre. My local fruit and vegetable store. They are always really cheap compared to any other stores. Sometimes the fruit not so fresh, and some but to just need to sort it out and choose your good one

Fruit and veg nice and fresh. Fresher than Woolies in my opinion. And alot of things cheaper. Lovely lady on checkout that made me feel welcome to go back and shop there again.

Very expensive EFPOS around 1AUD from 30AUD shopping. Prices alright, freshness usually good but check it always. If you will using cash recommended shopping.

I have a few concerns that I would like to address regarding my recent experience in your store.

I feel compelled to address an issue that left a negative impression - the customer service at the checkout counter. Unfortunately, my interactions with some of the younger staff members were quite disappointing. Their lack of attentiveness and professionalism was evident, causing unnecessary frustration during what should have been a seamless checkout process.

Additionally, there was an incident where I approached two young girls to inquire about yellow nectarines. They initially assured me that they were not closing yet. However, when I asked about the availability of yellow nectarines, they abruptly informed me that they were closed and stored away in the back. When I politely requested if they could check if any were still accessible, their response was dismissive and unhelpful. Even though I asked at first if they were opened and all of a sudden , what I asked for they stated they were closed but I can get other fruits.

Unfortunately, I was met with constant pushback and was informed that these items were stored in the chiller, inaccessible to customers and staff. This lack of flexibility was disheartening and left me feeling disappointed.

Additionally, as a picky eater who values getting exactly what I pay for, I attempted to exchange two mangoes for others that seemed more suitable. However, one of your staff members intervened and adamantly stated that such an exchange is not possible. They insisted that I must accept the box as it is, even though it only contained 10 mangoes and I was suppose to get 12.

As a loyal customer who appreciates your store's offerings, it is disheartening to encounter such negative customer service experiences. I believe there is room for improvement in training and supervising younger staff members to ensure consistent professionalism at every touchpoint.

I trust that you value customer feedback as much as you value providing high-quality products. Taking steps to address these concerns will not only enhance the overall shopping experience but also contribute to long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty.

I used to like the fruit and vegetables from this place.
But since the owner cut corner, sold cherries that packed today and the bottom part are rotten as shown on photos.
I have no trust at this place.
If you the owner know the produce cannot consume and want to sell it to customers it's only short term. Spooner you will lose business.
No one will spend their hard earn money on the rubbish.

Just bought 5kg of cherries in a box - opened them up and they had mould.
Before selling check your stock and don’t sell mouldy fruit.

bought a box of sealed grapes that looks fine until I got home and went to wash them and found the grapes at the bottom rotten with maggots. disgusting!
