This is such a good shop to browse around, with themed stationary like Harry Potter, & heaps of other things too. You can find all sorts of stuff here. Some of the stationary is really cheap, & there's often mark downs.

Great shop, good gear, nice atmosphere, affordable bottled water.
Only buy stuff on sale mate.

Was a small store with limited stock and supplies.

The staff need to focus with a sense of urgency to complete their deliveries more promptly or the business need to plan deliveries more appropriately as the shop floor is impact for customers to move amongst the store.

After deciding to purchase one card, I attended the register to complete the purchase not knowing the staff member would ask two add on sales questions just to annoy me, if she had asked a third add on sales question I would have instantly left.
Enough with the forcing of sales, complete the deliveries with a sense of urgency and minimise your questions at the register if you would like to continue business in Kotara.

Understaffed. Stock in boxes just left laying around. Was asked 3 different questions about buying extra stuff at the checkout. No no no. Absurd. Did the same to the other two people ahead of me in the queue. Was standing there 10 minutes and the line was growing but still decides to ask every person questions about extra stock $5 this $10 that and to donate. Just want to get in get out. Will avoid

the lady was nothing but rude to me after she yelled at me that the charm did not come with the folder and i told her i was happy to pay for both, she angrily had to run around the store to find the code for the charm only to come back and be extremely rude to me for absolutely no reason. not great customer service at all
