The shop did not have the right sized item that I needed in stock but she rang numerous other Best and Less stores until she found one that did. She also requested that the other store put them on hold for me.

Had such lovely customer service as soon as I walked in the door. I asked a staff member if there was more Christmas pjs and she directed me down the back and said that if I need anything she could call another store. This is now my #1 Best & Less store

The staff here are always so nice and welcoming. A very nice atmosphere.
Sometimes shopping for what I want is hit or miss, but what store isn't like that?

The range of Menswear was surprisingly good and the undies I bought are still in great shape, & they were only 2 pair for $5!

Gets better each year. Nice clothes. Please dont change the design like KMart. There clothes are terrible on sizes and shrinks like 2 sizes.
