Big W Taigum staff always go out of their way to help. They are all polite, friendly and cheerful from the person at the door to the floor staff and service areas. Always greeted with a smile 🙂 Will definitely be back!

Big W Taigum is spacious, well-stocked, never crowded, and a relaxing place to wander around. I’ve been shopping here for about 7 years, fulfilling most of life’s little requirements. The many different departments are well organised and labelled. Over the last few weeks, I’ve purchased socks, towels, kitchenware, headphones, and a smart plug! Great that it’s located at the relatively small Taigum Square shopping centre, so one doesn’t have to navigate the labyrinths of major shopping centres!

A shout out to Bill who was immensely kind and helpful this morning in helping me find an item that was not stocked on the shelf. Great customer service Bill.

I was looking for a Robe for winter. No where else had them as cheap as Big W for only $15! Great quality too. MASSIVE shout out to Tyler for being so so accommodating and helpful in finding what I needed. Very patient young man! Great customer service, will definitely be coming back.

The sales assistant Haley was very helpful and a credit to the company. Hayley assisted to help me purchase a nice surprise for my wife.

I went into the store on Sunday to pick up a headset for my younger cousin as it was his birthday on Monday. As I approached the Tech counter I was greeted by a young gentlemen named Jack, he was everything I expected and more in regards to customer service. He was nice and polite when answering my questions and was very helpful picking out the right headset for me. I was quite astonished by his manners and professionalism. Thanks for the great customer service Jack and Big W Taigum.

Love this store. Lots of variety, big bargains. Hard to understand why it's so quiet. Great little plant section at better than Bunnings prices.

UPDATE: why oh why has the gardening area been closed down?! Apparently an all store thing. Such a disappointment.
