I've always found the staff to be extremely helpful and very friendly. I lost something that was very sentimental to me and the young lady noticed that I was in tears. It turned up and I received a call from there and their genuine empathy was just amazing.
A well stocked and run store and they care for their customers very much.

I don't know if I'm biased because I have shopped in a number of Reject Shops around Australia during my travels and if asked then I would have to say that this store is far superior from all the others in that the stock is of great quality and the staff are very helpful and friendly in their provision of providing excellent customer service and well displayed stock.

Has everything you need for cooking & party snacks items for serving food, catering,storage,packaging& wrapping presents,hair and beauty products toiletry items and really neat party items . If you can't find what you need just ask the really helpful staff.Yes GF groceries and snacks to be found at the Reject Shop.

The prices cheaper than Woollies, Coles.Have found same brands and more superior ones.Never found problems. Food or household.
